Great location and the host was excellent

On street parking wasn't clear in the description when booking

Perfect amenities for our family (2 adults + 8yo + 12yo). Spacious 2bed flat. Fairly quiet building, bedrooms at the back of the building. Comfy beds. Good TV and kitchen equipment. TV in each bedrooms too. Good Bathroom size and shower. Lots of storage and hangers. Easy access on 1st floor. Garages at the back. Had everything we needed. Lovely very helpful ladies / owners / managing this property.

Although overall the flat was very clean, my daughters white socks were dirty within minutes. Most doors creaked & squeaked. One bedroom door & handle didn't close properly. The motion detector for the light in the hall was very sensitive and constantly turning on/off (was very bright when going to toilet at night). The fitted sheet on one bed was too small and kept coming off. That mattress also had a plasticky mattress protector, making a loud plastic sound every time we moved, would suggest changing that. The small shower head wasn't working properly, but has been replaced now, we're told. Quite a sizeable deposit needed, although we totally understand the precaution needed :)

Lovely host, super comfortable bed and the shower was heaven. If I gone myself back in LeMans I will be rebooking.

Great central location. Extremely clean property and very friendly welcome host. Parking available on request which was very helpful.

Good location. Walking distance to the city centre.

Uncomfortable beds. The bed linen was moving all the time and the sound of plastic protection was irritating. The apartment is not for 6 people so it was a little bit crowded. Basically, it's 4+1 apartment.
