Our apartment was great, clean and had everything we needed. The location is perfect for those who seek peace and tranquillity. Town is just 2 km away. There are 2 indoor play areas, one for younger and one for older kids/adults. We were very happy there!

The location is amazing, you can walk to the lighthouse or to Greetsiel, and you are between Norden and Emden if you want some more things to do. Our room and terrace had amazing view; I will definitely miss those sunsets! One cool surprise was the kids play corner inside! And there is a huge lawn outside and the playground. Very family friendly!

The location; the view of the protected lakes, the dike and the lighthouse; the spaciousness, silence, comfort.

The internet. It was O.K. early in the morning, but there was practically no internet in the evening.

The facilities are lovely for kids, we didn't have ours with us, but they would have been entertained.

Unfortunately, the internet is very poor in Ostfriesland, my partner and I are both freelance, so that was tough. There is also no DVD or way to stream films, we both love them, downloaded a load to watch, but couldn't because of the net.
