Awesome Stay and would recommend.Used to stay at other higher star hotels in Zagreb but certainly from now on Hotel Magdalena will be one of my first choices . Actually coming back next week :)

Put simply.. a GEM hotel that you would not expect. Close to the hiway, It's recently bilded, it's stylish, confy with big rooms and big beds. The Staff is super polite and they try to accommodate you as best as they can. Ultra recommended

The staff is really friendly. Rooms are clean and comfortable enough. The hotel is ideal when you have to stay a night before traveling somewhere else, as it is very close to the highway, but thankfully far enough that the sound doesn't bother you. The breakfast was amazing, this was the first hotel I stayed in where the eggs weren't "wet"

There are barely any restaurants in walking distance of the hotel.

Very kind personal and perfect English-speaking .

Lovely hosts, good breakfast, clean and spacious room.

Our only complaint would be for the pillows, super soft and not the best.

The room was nice.

The attitude of some employees (perhaps she was the owner?) was very arrogant. I was very unpleasantly surprised by the attitude, as I would expect that someone whose job is to serve customers would have a better sense on how to communicate with guests and at least try to make the guests feel welcome and comfortable. Definitely a lot of space for improvement on this end.
