Good location and nice view

We received very poor indications about how to get to the appartment and nobody was waiting for us. We ended up asking to the reception downstairs that belongs to another appart-hotel administration and they were nice and helpful but told us that everybody had the same problem: no proper indications from these hosts, nobody waiting for the clients and these ones going to them for information. There’s a coffe machine with no capsules, not even one or two, which I think should be the least considerig the price. Or a bottle of water. The television is in a place where it’s impossible to watch it (not that you need it in Formentera but... details). All the cleaning tools where in the bathroom, next to the shower, in a real mess. Maybe buying something to put them in would make it look better.
