We had an amazing family vacation in this beautiful home. 6 adults and 4 children. This was our first time at Smith Lake. We loved the location of the house on this part of the lake. The two story dock has the perfect set up for relaxing, swimming, boating, and watching the sunrise. The house appears newly renovated and is beautifully decorated. We will definitely plan to return in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay at on property. The dock, house, and entire setup was great for our family. We will definitely put it on our list for next year!

Beautiful home w super fun space for kids downstairs. Kitchen was properly furnished w nice big table for meals just off deck w grill. Easy to find and homeowner responded to any questions immediately. Dock area was huge and owner moved boat out for us. Will stay here again!!

My family (myself, my husband, my dad, and our 3 boys) drove from Texas and rented this home to visit extended relatives who live in surrounding cities. This was our second home to rent on Smith Lake and loved it! It was spacious, clean (very important to me, and I’m hard to please), updated, and as advertised on the site. The beds were all very comfortable and it was decorated so nicely. My boys loved the two-story dock. My dad and grandfather had a hard time with the steps to and from the water, but other than that, it was perfect. Our relatives who visited during the day gave the home huge compliments. It’s close to a grocery store and not too far off main roads as well. If I had any suggestions, it would be to have beach towels and a few adult life jackets for guests to use. We were only able to pack 1 towel per person and only had children’s life jackets with us. The owner was generous and let us borrow a couple of adult life jackets after we asked though. We definitely plan on returning next summer!

Our family and friends enjoyed this house. Plenty of room and nice size beds for adults. We had 3 families that stayed together and never felt cramped. Thanks!!

Clean newly renovated house. Comfy furniture. Great view of A wide part of the lake. Walking up steps from the dock was a workout but worth it for the view and the awesome dock. Beautiful swim area and great rock backdrop for nice family photos. The kids in our group loved jumping off the dock. Rented a pontoon from Duskin Pt which is right around the bend by water. Thanks for offering this great rental!

It was a great place four our family to stay for thanksgiving. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils for guest use! Also there was a guidebook in check out procedures that was very helpful!

Home is beautifully decorated and very clean, beds were sooooo comfortable, it was peaceful and we can't wait to go back!

Great home in good location. The home is spacious, well appointed and comfortable. The dock was large for people to lay or sit on or, to jump off of the upper deck. Close to marina to put your water craft in or fuel up. Sun rise views were spectacular! Owners easy to work with also. Really enjoyed it. Thanks
