very spacious, had all the facilities needed, interior was lovely and perfect for the 6 of us and the dog.

Really beautiful location. The cottage was brilliant and had everything we needed. The kids loved the stream and even the local sheep came to say hello. Michelle was quick to respond with any questions I had. The welcome pack was really useful and helped us find a local pub for a few drinks and lovely meal. A great base for walks, and visiting local towns.

Fabulous cottage which has everything you need and more. Spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished. River wash cottage is in the prefect location to explore North Wales. We loved it that much we booked an extra night.

Location was excellent for Snowdon National Park, visiting the coast and Anglesey. Quirky cottage but we all loved it. Loft room was very spacious with it's own shower! Fully equipped kitchen, good selection of DVD's but TV had Netflix, Amazon Prime and other apps. Very comfortable beds, always a good thing after a busy day out and about. Even the Tesco delivery man could find us!!! Michelle was good at keeping in contact via email
There was no manual in the cottage, giving instructions or where to find local restaurants or shops. An electronic newsletter was sent but I had issues with my phone and unable to retrieve it. A pair of scissors would be useful in the kitchen drawer and spare toilet rolls - 2 rolls were not enough for 6 people.

Michelle was excellent providing clear instructions, re keys , etc. Lovely cottage, very comfortable bed , and the linen and towels were spotless . Well equipped kitchen . Great location , very quiet and peaceful . Close to the A55 so access to all locations
Couple of niggles, which we informed michelle about , lack of hanging space for such a big cottage, a number of ceiling bulbs missing in the downstairs bathroom and a missing plug in the upstairs loo . Very tight , narrow bridge to negotiate to arrive at the property. To reach the bedrooms the stairs are pretty steep , so could be difficult for some

The location was superb. Close to beaches, pub and takeaways.
Ideal for visiting Snowdonia and all the towns close by as the A55 is a great road to take.
The scenery is stunning along with the walks that are close by.
Not sure what to say as there was not much. The only thing we found annoying was the restaurants/takeaways closed a little earlier than advertised.

Location was fabulous. Village fantastic with a shop and a local within very easy walking distance. Accessibility to the main A55 road was really good. Really enjoyed the village feeling, great parking, comfy sofa's.
The shower cubicle in the main top floor bedroom had mould and generally lacked cleaning. We opted not to use the cooker hob as cooker extractor hood was greasy and dripping over hob. Quite a dirty extractor hood.
Very poor lighting to the external of the property, both side and front had no lightbulbs working. In addition the back hallway lights didn't work also.
Good wifi, TV is great although you must have logins for apps like netflix / prime etc as no terrestrial TV.
Shame log burner wasn't working, owner advised not to use.

Great location, beautifully clean and comfortable. Michelle immediately sorted out one small problem for us. Lovely welcome pack. Hope to return and would certainly recommend.

The cottage was cosy within a stunning location. The beds were very comfortable.
A shame that the wood burner wasn’t working and the boiler was a little temperamental but the owner was helpful. It was a very enjoyable and relaxing stay.

Very clean. Beautifully decorated, full of character and located in a quiet, charming place.
The fireplace is broken and you cannot burn fire in it.
Central heating was turned off. When we arrived at home it was only 11 degrees. The whole next day had to wait for the house to warm up to the temperature suitable for bathing.

Loved the cottage, the decor, very clean and we even played board games. We asked if we cud use the high chair, travel cot and stair gate, all sorted for our grandson. We visited Conway, Llandudno and the slate museum at foot of snowdon.
