The most beautiful view in the Bocas Area! The house faced the water and the ocean breeze was enough to beat the heat.

It’s necessary to take water taxis all over Bocas, this site was no exception

Sea Monkey only has 2 rooms, which is great. Both located on the water, a bit outside Old Banks. The room is big, with a spacious bathroom. We really loved the friendly staff! Always there when U need something or have a question! The terrace is amazing for sunsets.

- The terrace had only 1 chair, should be according to the number of guests. - The breakfast, basic but good and offered by a friendly local woman, is about 5min. walk from Sea Monkey. It would be amazing if they would serve the breakfast on the terrace of the room... - Area wise: in the beginning we felt a bit uncomfortable in the town, we were "afraid" of not to find bars or restaruants... But after a while it turned out to be great! It was the most "local feeling" we had in whole Panama! So don't let this scare U, it is great after all! Firefly is a great restaurant!

Communication with the property was easy and reliable .

The Sea Monkey wasn’t as advertised. it was run down, no restaurant, and the water and town was dirty and questionable. It should not be listed as a hotel… it was 2 bungalows, no reception area and no restaurant. the breakfast included was down the road somewhere… maybe somebody’s kitchen… we did not stick around to find out… the sea monkey was not for us.

The view 😍! Very comfortable beds, nice bathroom. There was an issue, but it got solved perfectly so no complaints. We saw dolphins from our room!!

Very very loud music til five in the morning from the town, but that's not the accommodations fault obviously.

The place was beautiful, The lady that welcome us was professional and professional but the best was super friendly make us feel like family. Thank you for everything my nephews and me love it, definitely I will comeback. Thank 😊

Friendly and helpful staff! Stacey was there to greet us when we arrived and let us store our bags until the room was ready, which we really appreciated. She was also very knowledgeable about the area and provided good information about tours and things to do on island. Food was amazing and the girls in the kitchen kindly baked my husband a cake sang him happy birthday! We were blown away by their kindness 💗 would highly recommend this accommodation and would stay here again!

Definitely more on the rustic side. There are large cracks in the floor and the rooms attached to the restaurant do not have mosquito nets. We really appreciated the recommendation to bring bug spray! Overall great experience.
