Everything was clean and stocked. I loved all the decor, I was always seeing something new and fun everywhere I looked. Having my name on the door helped us know we were in the right location and fun to see.

We did not end up staying at this location because we were concerned about the neighborhood and walking there at night. Since we were staying with two dogs that needed late night and early morning walks, we felt the area was unsafe, so we relocated to a different area. Denise, our host, was very understanding and worked with us and VRBO to make it right, given the circumstances. We would recommend her as a host and VRBO as a company.

Property is convenient for events at the Woodward theater. Lots of local restaurants nearby. There is a community pool behind the building. Property manager communicated check in and parking instructions promptly.

We booked as an alternative to staying in a hotel for the night. It was a very nice property, loved the location. Near a neat community pool and plenty of night life. Hope to stay again. We were in town for a concert at Riverbend. Owner was extremely responsive and timely to my questions, even before I booked the property.

Its right where everything is going on! Lots in walking distance. Very hip place. Properly stocked. Host was very accessible and helpful. We werent there a lot as we just csme in for a concert, got in late and stayed one night. Would recommend. Lots of cool shops and activities rjght on the street and surrounding blocks. Kind of.loud in the streets late with people partying but didnt bother us.

This was our second time to stay in this exact apartment. Denise is a great host and easy to work with. It's a lovely apartment in a great location with the park/pool right behind the building. Within walking distance of lots of great restaurants, shops, and bars. The trolley/tram stop is just a block & half away, and it is free and runs from the Findlay Market to the East all the way down to the ballpark on the West. It does get very loud at night, especially in the front bedroom, so be prepared for that.

Easy process and great communication with Denise. Centrally located and easy walks to trolley line, plenty of bars/restaurants and night life in the area. It can get a little noisy at night but that is to be expected given the location.

So first of all the property manager was very responsive and easy to get ahold of. The apartment was great as well and very clean. The downside of the apartment is one of the rooms did not have an air conditioner (both rooms are upstairs) and it got very hot at night- I wasn’t able to really sleep at all. The other bedroom did have an air conditioner and stayed cool, but the locals in the area were out and about until about 5AM so it was impossible to sleep with the street noise. The area is a little rough I’d say, there was a lot of activity in the evening up until the early morning hours. The only other thing to be aware of is that this apartment is on the third floor (as mentioned in the description), but the staircase is very very narrow. We brought a cooler with us and could barely get it up the steps, just be aware of that. If you are looking for a place close to everything in the heart of downtown this is a great place to stay for that, but you definitely have to be used to downtown living and noise!

Didn’t realize this was right across from a loud bar that didn’t close until 3am. Wasn’t able to fall asleep due to the noise right outside.

There is a lot going on in this area of Main St. The local residents begin their partying mid morning, hanging on stoops along store fronts and gathering on sidewalks. The groups are, at times, intimidating if you are not used to city dwellers. The partying continues through the day into the wee hours of the following morning. The apartment faced Main, which I chose and is ok, however, it was hard to sleep at all with all the noise. Main is also going through a renovation, therefore, construction trucks showed up about 7am and began working, which again was extremely noisy. So, virtually no sleep for our entire stay. The pool advertised looks nice but since the neighborhood had many groups hanging around the pool did not seem inviting. The apartment was really cute and clean, the owners were wonderful. I'm sure once the renovations complete there will be more positive street life present and more hustle bustle than the stagnant activity that is presently there.

I came with 2 teenage boys and a 7 yr old, everyone left happy! It was a fantastic trip! The apartment is awesome, all the kids were super impressed with our first stay in a vrbo, and obviously loved the spiral staircase. The location could not have been better, right in the heart of everything, but our favorite parts of the trip were the gorgeous pool out back and riding the free trolley around town. My kids already want to know when we can come back to Cincinnati. Most definitely would recommend to anyone and everyone!

Outstanding property near lots of attractions in OTR. Parking and check in were very easy. Only downside was the broken dryer, but the owner was quickly responsive with tips to get it working for us.

My family enjoyed our stay at this quaint and comfortable condo. The street noise made it a bit difficult to sleep at night, but the location was great for exploring OTR and downtown Cinci. The condo is well-equipped, very creatively decorated (whimsical and fun), and comfortable. Communication about the property and our needs was great from the beginning right up until we checked in, and even got immediate help w/ the check in procedure. Highly recommend this condo for an OTR experience.

The loft is beautiful, well-kept, and perfectly as described. The white noise machine was helpful for street revelry sounds coming through the windows, and everyone was so comfortable and at ease. Thank you!!!

We had a great time in Cincinnati in large part because the condo was fun to be at! We enjoyed our downtime watching movies and playing with the tiny etch-a-sketches. Close to everything we wanted to do! Loved the streetcar for the baseball game commute. Would stay again in a second, if we are ever back this way.

The apartment was clean, well-appointed, and decorated in a delightful and quirky style. Everything you could possibly need was provided, and, for the most part, everything worked. We got lucky with parking: parking was available on the street in front of the apartment and didn't cost much. It would have been a hassle if we had had to trek from the parking garage. The down-side came in the evening (we were there on a Friday night) when the nightclub across the very narrow street came to life. None of us got to sleep until well after 1:00 a.m. Don't know if it's this way every night, but it really put a damper on what would otherwise have been a very good experience. If you're coming to Cincinnati for the night life, this may be the place for you. If you want to get any rest, forget it.

This fun, boho-feeling loft is a perfect compliment to the location in the OTR. The unit is very clean and has pretty much everything needed for a visit. The beds are comfortable. Two things to keep in mind is it is very much a city neighborhood and has city noise well into the night and small suitcases are best for navigating the stairs up to and inside the unit. Denise was super easy to work with.

Amazing place for visiting OTR. We loved the apartments decor! Every corner had something neat to look at. The beds were comfy. We had everything we needed to rest ourselves, and relax on a covid Halloween night in the city. We would highly recommend this place!
