The mattresses in the 3rd and 4th bedrooms were old and very uncomfortable. We could never get a good nights sleep. We were adult’s sleeping in those rooms not children. Advertising renovated and upscale furnishings were not the case. We will not stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay at GD310 very much. Unit was clean and freshly painted. Plenty of space for 6 adults to stay. Beach service was very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. Condo is well equipped with everything we needed - felt like home.

Communication and checking in process went great. Everything listed was included. Only iss was in master bathroom- toilet tips with the slightest movement, and not being included in the bathroom photo could be an issue for larger guests or those who aren't comfortable in small spaces since the toilets in a tiny closet. Housekeeping may want to take care of the soap scum on the shower door as well. Overall though our stay went well!

The condo is in an excellent location, steps to the beach with two nice pool areas. Chairs/umbrellas filled up quickly, but it was a holiday weekend and we were typically able to secure a chair/umbrella at some point during the day on the beach. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay with my parents, our two children (4 and 2) and my husband and I. Very nice space!

Came to celebrate and was not disappointed. Location was perfect, right on beach, and enjoyed that it was quite area bit just a few minutes into heart of Destin.

Overall property was good. View was perfect, very short walk to the beach. Everything we needed with the exception of dishwashing soap like Dawn or hand soap for kitchen, otherwise we had enough paper towels, trash bags , TP. Could use more pillows and extra blankets or bring your own. Blinds in the master bedroom needed dusted. The jetted tub does not work. In fairness it isn’t listed as a jacuzzi tub even though you can clearly see the jets in the pics, would be nice if that was clarified. That was one of the reasons we rented this condo instead of another one. The check in process was different than any other condo I’ve rented. We didn’t get the door code until 4pm. In most situations it is sent to you the day before and you can get in as soon as it is ready. After driving 12 hours the last thing I want to do is possibly wait another 2 hours for a room code. They did get us the code however ASAP when I called. That was frustrating. Overall it was nice, just a few small things that stood out.

We stayed at the Gulf Dunes and the location was perfect. It was right on the beach so it gave the convenience of just waking up to the sound of the waves and no need for prep for a beach day. We just woke up and walked straight on the beach. The sound of the waves at night was very peaceful. The condo itself was beautiful and comfortable. We will definitely return!

Fort Walton Wonderland
Condo was easily one of the nicest we have ever stayed in on vacation. Furnished beautifully, comfortable beds and furniture and everything you need to make it feel like a home away from home. I would definitely highly recommend this unit and we will be staying here again in the future.

Very nice, the view was amazing. Easy excess to the beach. Walking distance to several resturants, gas station, and gift shop. Really enjoyed the included chairs and umbrella service on the beach. The only slight negative about the stay, wished there were dish rags in the kitchen.

Second is for house-keeping. The floors were dirty. Not sandy, dirty. The bottoms of our feet would get black We had a grand baby crawling and in her walker. Her knees and feet would get black.
This is a card left by them.
We had a great time!!! The condo was very nice and perfect for our vacation/stay. The views were awesome!!! Y’all have it decorated very nice!

Overall this is a really nice condo. We loved the location, it was close enough to walk to some of the local businesses but not in a busy area. The condo was bigger than other 3 bedrooms we have stayed in and nicely decorated. You couldn’t ask for a better view and the balcony was good sized with plenty of seating. There is a jacuzzi tub in master bathroom but it does not work. It wasn’t advertised as such, just letting you know so you won’t be disappointed when you fill it up and it doesn’t turn on. The only drawback for us was the beds, if you like really firm ones, you will love them. If you like a soft bed, you will want to bring foam mattress pads with you. We did have a couple of house keeping issues. The floor had not been mopped when we got there so the baby got dirty after crawling around for a few minutes. House keeping came first thing the next morning and mopped it twice then dried it so the baby wouldn’t get wet. We also had an issue with the dishwasher the day we were leaving. They are quick to respond and do what they need to fix any problems. We would definitely stay here again as long as we could get the beds comfortable. Also, this is not the condo owners fault but they closed down the swimming pool at our end to work on it so we had to go to the west side to get onto the beach. It did not have a ramp like the east side so everyday we had to tote our beach wagon up and down stairs to get to the beach. I’m not sure why they did not do that in the off season.

Also one of the pools was out of service, was supposed to be 1 or 2 days in the trip but was the entire 8 days. I could have spent days just looking out the master bedroom and living room. The heated pool was nice since the gulf water was still pretty cold. Next year I will wait another month to give it time to warm up.
