The room was really clean and the hotel staff was very helpful. The shower was nice and spacey.
Overall, the atmosphere of the hotel was cozy and fresh.
The door that connects the room to the room next door, was not very sound insulated. Which means that the sounds from the other room were clearly heard.
The underground parking is relatively small. It was difficult to maneuver and to find an empty parking spot.

Good location near highway and to access south Jakarta. Near Citos.

New hotel so the cleanliness was not really an issue. The staff were very helpful throughout my visit.
Breakfast was mainly traditional to the region. The coffee machine was often not working also the bread toaster. I ended up buying French pastries from the mall and eating this for breakfast most days.

The room wasn't that big but it was comfortable and clean, they provide bolster too which is rare for hotels. Location was also great, near many attractions and MRT. They also provide bike rental for 3 hrs for free.
They didn't provide many varieties of amenities and no swimming pool. Slow internet connection.

Located close to a mall which had a well-stocked supermarket where I could by my own breakfast.
Breakfast choice was very limited, and replenishment of things like bread & eggs took forever! The butter provided for toast seemed to be cooking butter therefore I purchased my own butter at the mall. New for this visit was a self-service coffee machine, providing lattes, cappuccinos, etc.

the reception was bad .
even though I had a reservation for 2 nights and I am staying for one night cause I need it in the morning he told me the room is not ready. and I send an email telling them my arrival time , but he had to give me hard time .
