Superb property....loved the Location in relation to Mytrle Beach Attractions. Loved the Updated Kitchen and Bathrooms. Very refreshing to have sliding doors that work perfect.. Owners...Thank You for paying close attention to detail. The only potential issue you might have is not parking on the beach side of the street if you come back to the unit late at night or early in the AM. It was no issue to me..its only like 50 more feet and a very quiet rd across the street with easy access steps right up to the property.

We have stayed at several locations along North Myrtle, but this place has moved to the top of our list. Rick was wonderful to work with and made the process so easy. You just feel at home when you stay here and it was clean and convenient for beach access! Beds were comfortable and love the updates that have been made all through the condo. Great for families!

Rick (owner) was an awesome communicator! We loved the beach chairs and umbrella that were set up and ready for us each day - what a nice touch! We will definitely go back!

This property was beautiful! Location was great, clean, and everyone we encountered was so friendly. Waking up to an ocean view every morning was absolutely the best way to start each day. This truly felt like a home away from home. I would definitely stay here again next time I visit Myrtle Beach.

Some of our grandchildren had never seen the ocean. This condo was perfect for our family’s important visit. Recently renovated, right on the beach, and conveniently located to restaurants and activities. The owner was always prompt to answer questions, both emailed and telephoned. It was some of the children’s first visit to the ocean, but will not be our only visit to this condo. We look forward to booking it again in the future.

We had a great time at Rick's place. It's very comfortable and well decorated. The balcony view is absolutely wonderful and we were able to enjoy some impromptu fireworks on the 4th. The one issue we had was the electronic lock's batteries died on us, but Rick came to our rescue very quickly to let us in and fix the issue.

We had 4 adults and two small children stay in this condo. I am a neat freak and can honestly say this was one of the cleanest condos I've stayed in. I also have a bad back and can say I had no issues with the king bed. I'm a large man and can say the showers are roomy, which is a plus. The 4th floor ocean front is perfect for us and we had a great view. We also enjoyed the chair and umbrella setup that came with the room, Rick will text you when its up ready to use. The room has a good washer and dryer for anyone interested. We do not like the atmosphere of South Myrtle, North is the way to go.. way less traffic and people from our recent experience. The facility was quiet, clean and people were very polite. There were plenty of luggage carts and also shopping carts like you find at the grocery store that came in very handy! The parking was great as well, no issues... just make sure to have your pass clearly displayed. Rick was also great to deal with, no issues at all. As I write this I'm trying to think of a con, but honestly can't. If we stay in the North Myrtle area again we will definitely stay here!

Property was nice, clean and close to everything without being in the middle of everything making it nice and quiet when back in the condo for the evening. Beach was great not overcrowded and easy to get to. Great view to wake and fall asleep too.

This unit had recently been remodeled. They did a COMPLETE and FABULOUS remodel, top to bottom.EVERYTHING was new and top notch. The owner promptly communicated with info and instructions. The building/pool/common areas/parking,etc. were nice, clean, and secure! Overall GREAT!

The updated condo is very nice. The 4th floor is perfect! I enjoyed sitting on the balcony and still felt as if I was right on the beach. Pleasant experience with owner.
The only two negatives were #1 some accumulated dust and chapstick under beds that did not belong to us. The rest of Condo was clean, if you have allergies the dust might have triggered them. I did let owner and housekeeping know. A quick mop under the bed would be a easy solve.
#2 is I didn't agree with having to strip the beds and put in a certain room and all towels in one of the bathrooms. My opinion is I'm on vacation and paying a cleaning fee so why should I be doing this?

Great location … exceptionally clean condo … Rick was awesome — confirmed reservation quickly and expedited needed information to ensure we received it before leaving home.
Everyone at Water Pointe 1 was friendly and most helpful.
Only downside — mattresses were too soft for our liking.

This condo is very nicely decorated with a well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for us and the ocean view was spectacular.

The pools were very nice, loved the keyless entry, everything was clean and provided so no extra packing and washing. Ocean view was perfect, TVs were easy to program, sleeping arrangements worked out perfectly for us.

I gathered a small group of girlfriends to relax oceanfront and help me celebrate my birthday. Hurricane Ian was an unexpected twist, but Rick was incredibly responsive and checked on us regularly. He also communicated information from the HOA to help us remain safe and as comfortable as possible during the storm. The other tenants at the complex were also incredibly nice and caring. They even hosed down our cars to remove salt and debris after the storm passed. The next day was gorgeous and we hit the beach to enjoy the sunlight and waves. We then took to the streets to eat and visit some of the local attractions, all within 15 minutes of the condo. We had a wonderful time and hope to be back soon!

The condo was okay but needs some major updates. The bathroom door for the second bath wouldn’t shut all of the way. The bathrooms are very much outdated along with the furniture. The toilet tank top was cracked and taped together. That is being cheap! The owner is making money off of us and he needs to put it back into fixing up his property.

This was a great family trip. The listing was exactly as described. The view was incredible. The balcony was a very nice size. The building was super clean and we loved it and the easy parking. The location is perfect near so many things. Rick was amazingly helpful and responsive. The umbrella chairs were a nice touch especially since we had a baby with us. Great kitchen supplies and we were able to easily cook some meals. It would be helpful to have some instructions for the remotes. There are a bunch is them so a little guidance would have been easier. Fantastic trip and we can’t wait to go back!!

Perfect location!
We wanted an ocean view with easy beach access, and that’s exactly what we got. It was easy to get back and forth to the beach carrying all of our things, even with our three small grandchildren. The beach was busy and crowded, and the umbrella and beach chairs for our unit were not marked. After trying to resolve on our own, we contacted the owner, who responded immediately, and the issue was quickly resolved. The next day, the umbrella and chairs were marked and ready. We appreciated having these amenities included.
The unit’s air conditioning worked great. The beds and couches were comfortable, but an unattached glass top table and rolling dining chairs were not ideal with small children.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely come again.

Great location
We stayed here for a quick trip to Myrtle Beach to have some beach time with our family. Rooms were very comfortable, the AC worked great, and the kitchen was nicely updated. It was in a great location. Close to restaurants and the beach! Was an easy walk. Another key thing was having 2 beach chairs and umbrellas reserved each day!

My family and I enjoyed our stay in this clean and wonderfully located condo. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed the beach and the pools. The area is great with so many options close by for dining. We hope to be back someday.
