The cabin was super cute, very comfortable, and the air worked great. Most everything needed was supplied. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The road to get to the cabins was one way only. The cabin numbers were not clearly marked, and the map they provided to get to them wasn't that accurate. Luckily, we only had one vehicle as that is all you can park in front of the cabins. The cost was a bit steep!

Management was horrible and amenities were scarce…. Low on coffee in the lounge, lack of towels, faulty door swipes, nasty coffee maker in room, etc

Nice clean friendly atmosphere. Good location. The staff there was great.

I booked our 8 night stay through Booking.com and found out later that I could have saved more than a thousand dollars if I had booked it directly from the resort!!! I am going to follow up with Booking.com on this. I don't mind a small difference or up-charge - but over a thousand dollars is ridiculous. I paid over $3,000 by booking it through Booking.com. I found out I could have gotten the same cabin for the same nights for under $2000 if I had booked directly through the resort.

We stayed in the cabins. They are super cute and had everything we needed.

The biggest issue we had was the driveway to the cabins. Its a tight fit and parking for the cabins is minimal

Location was perfect, the cabins were awesome! Clean and well maintained with most required facilities. We had a very good stay. Staff was very very good and helpful, especially when we said we needs a late checkout they were very accommodating.

Nothing much was a problem, only thing was very never got to have the free coffee in the lobby area coz it was always empty at all times during the stay and never replaced when we were there. But it wasn't a big problem, coz the log cabin had facilities to make our own.

It was cute and quaint with all the log cabin decor and the size was really nice with a separate upstairs living area and bedrooms downstairs. A working fireplace adds to the cabin ambiance. Overall seemed clean and the areas was lovely with pines and hilly.

It is an older property so it smells somewhat. The windows were really dirty and had spider webs and bugs so when we opened them to air it out it was kind of gross. The fireplace although worked well it smelled really unpleasant. There weren’t really many things provided so we had to go buy things like detergent and paper towels. They make a big deal of you washing your dishes which is fine but then should provide a sponge and detergent as there is no dishwasher. The couch was a futon and kept slipping and was really uncomfortable and the linens didn’t smell clean but a bit like mildew. Overall I felt like the advertisements didn’t exactly match was was there. The pool was absolutely freezing and the nightly fire didn’t include any s’mores.
