Desde su habitación familiar y lanai, disfrutará de la hermosa vista del Golfo de México y de la playa de arena blanca. La cocina está totalmente equipada con lavaplatos y microondas de gama alta, y otros elementos esenciales satisfacen todas sus necesidades de vacaciones. La unidad incluye muebles nuevos en la sala de estar con un sofá cama doble, TV de 60 pulgadas con cable, reproductor de DVD y WiFi gratis en la unidad. Este condominio incluye sillas de playa y toallas. El dormitorio tiene una cama king-size. El baño tiene una combinación de bañera / ducha y un gran armario.
El servicio de tranvía funciona de manera continua en frente de la playa de Estero y del Club de tenis, ¡donde puedes recorrer toda la isla por 50 centavos! Las atracciones locales están a pocos pasos de distancia. Está justo al otro lado de la calle de los restaurantes, Santini Shopping Plaza y Fish Tale Marina.

We loved this property, location, ease of check-in & check-out! Would and have recommended to family & friends. Felt right at home.

Beautiful property in a nice private area.
This property is very nice located in a quiet condo setting. The grounds are beautiful with tropical landscaping. It is perfect for two adults. There are plenty of restaurants within a 1/2 mile walk and Lover’s Key State park is a short trolley ride. The only down side is that the TriPower office is 2 miles away which is inconvenient if you do not have a car on the island.

Excellent choice. Exactly as described. Great location. Condo was small, but we knew that and it was absolutely perfect for the both of us. Will definitely book again.

We really enjoyed the condo, the beach view & access. TriPowers staff was outstanding, Marie especially. Check in was a bit frustrating as we did not receive an email with the codes prior to arrival to get into building and condo. The water had also not been turned on for the condo before hand either. At midnight it was a bit frustrating but Marie problem solved each issue well.
We were pleasantly surprised having a well equipped kitchen and beach storage closet for all of the things we could not pack in a suitcase. Bathroom was perfect for two. The only true drawback of the condo was the lukewarm water from hot water heater for showering. We were informed that the temperature could not be raised higher than it was for rental legalities.
We enjoyed being steps away from the beach as well as convenient places to eat and do light shopping without having to get in a car.
We would recommend this site to others as we truly enjoyed our stay after the check in hiccups were solved.
