Situado en Corte Madera, esta encantador condominio por 101 € por noche es una estupendo opción para su próxima viaje. Hola y gracias por mirar mi anuncio! Tenemos una unidad de estudio en la ley disponible en un entorno de jardín. Se adjunta a mi casa, pero privado. La puerta trasera de la propiedad conduce al sendero multiusos Sausalito-Mill Valley que lo lleva a caminar 4 millas hasta Sausalito. Está a 5 minutos en coche del centro de Mill Valley y de la autopista 101. Mill Valley tiene una ubicación céntrica. A 5 millas al norte del puente Golden Gate, y las playas de San Francisco, Muir y Stinson, Napa y Sonoma están a poca distancia en coche.
Recientemente actualizada, esta unidad limpia y espaciosa tiene una cama king y un futón. La tarifa base es para 2 personas. Se pueden agregar 2 alfombrillas adicionales si 5 están durmiendo. La cocina americana incluye fregadero, nevera, tostadora y microondas. Un montón de estacionamiento en la calle. El alquiler tiene su propia unidad de calefacción y se mantiene fresco en verano. The pictures and description on Vrbo were spot on, so there were no surprises. The place was clean, safe, quiet, and in a great location. We had dogs with us and made great use of the multi-use trail behind the house. The hosts were pleasant and respected our privacy. The tea and coffee bags were a nice welcoming touch. I would recommend this place to others.

I'm in SF for work and dislike hotels. This sweet basement studio was a great find so close to my Battery Townsley job site. I don't usually sleep well when traveling, but the bed and fluffy comforter here was like climbing into a cloud! The kitchenette was fine for packing my lunches and making Trader Joe's dinners.
If its available for another trip I will stay here again.

I will stay here again on my next trip to Mill Valley and Marin County. I returned to Mill Valley for a visit with friends and former neighbors after living there for 25 years. I chose Ahtossa and Rick’s property as my home base during the visit. Couldn’t be happier with my stay. The location is ideal - just minutes to downtown Mill Valley and/or Sausalito. Plus, the bike/walking path between Mill Valley and Sausalito is right there! This was an added benefit for walking my dog in the morning. The unit was exactly as advertised and described in the listing. Very clean, everything I needed, and as others have said there is an amazingly comfortable king size bed! Ahtossa and Rick were available if needed while also respecting my privacy. Generally speaking, just an awesome experience. I’ll return for sure.

basement apt with overhead noises from family above.
Refrigerator loud and annoying.
Verizon did not work and had to leave early, no refund.

We loved the quick access to the walking path and the various open spaces around the property, all without having to climb in a car to get to the trailhead! One day was an eight-mile walk, round-trip, to Sausalito. Another was a five-mile hike through the Camino Alto Open Space. Our last day was a 20-minute drive to the Marin Headlands for another six-mile hike at Point Rodeo.

For Mill Valley, this property is NOT worth it ! You should check it out, the shower is a joke ! The refrigerator works but is IT noisy ! Also the swimming pool is really in need of re-wing. The pictures do NOT reflect, what it really is, it does VRBO a disservice !

The rental has a great location and easy access to town, walking trails. The accommodations are just like depicted in the pictures, shower is in the kitchen area. Very well stocked with DVD’s perfect to unwind at night.

Ideal for outdoor person as there is convenient walking path/trail that leads to Sausalito, Mill Valley and other desirable locations. We brought our small dog and walked to Whole Foods and an excellent nearby restaurant (My Thai) for meals. Hosts were helpful, communicative and we would stay again! Jeff and Joanna

This studio under the owner's house is cozy and comfortable. The king mattress was better than our mattress at home. We especially appreciated the easy access to the paved public path behind the house, an easy walk with our little dog into the hills or downtown Mill Valley.

Valentines weekend in Mill Valley
Pictures and reviews were accurate. The location is amazing the back gate leads right out onto the walking/bike trail that can take you to Sausalito and Tiberon and a short 30 minutes over the hill to Stinson Beach. We actually walked into Mill Valley which is about 1.6 miles from the house and very doable if you are active. If you are looking for a property that is NOT attached to a home this is not for you. You are underneath the main house which was not an issue for us. They are pet friendly and my wiener dog loved the trip. Bed was super comfortable. Would stay here again the location is ideal for hitting lots of places in one weekend.

Glad to have the option while my family in the area had taken ill, and I was looking for a small accommodation in the area while I worked in SF. I like taking the ferry in, and the short 'reverse commute' made for an ideal experience.

Peaceful Comfort, Lovely Host Raining outside, warm & cozy inside.
Spacious yet snug & cozy, a clean & comfortable unit in a charming woodsy Mill Valley neighborhood-right on top of biking/hiking trails - or just a fast few minutes drive to downtown plaza (dining, shopping, theatre, music etc.)Has a dreamy plush bed, toaster oven, microwave, full-sized refrigerator, electric kettle, French press, flat screen tv w/lots of dvds- linens, towels, extra blankets provided.
Wonderful host Ahtossa is completely available but gives guests total privacy.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we Thank You once more Ahtossa for Everything, Merci!
Easy access to Golden Gate Bridge-quick 20 min. to SF -right next door to North bay cities-Sausalito, Tiburon, Larkspur down the road from San Rafael, Novato, Stinson Beach,Marin.

Good mattress, nice morning sunshine, host was responsive & accommodating. But shower temperature was fluctuating, exterior night lighting needs improvement & I smelled mildew, although my husband did not.

The apartment itself was lovely.
My only thoughts are that this is not a place for anyone with a disability. I walk with a cane and uneven surfaces are difficult. One must park on the street and walk down a very steep driveway way to the gate. The first two Nights it was pitch black. The next night they had a light on. Once in the gate there are no lights for the first 10 steps down stairs when a motion detector light switches on. So you better bring a flashlight.
But once I got inside it was great.
