Location and use of laundry. Place was spacious and well maintained

Not to far from town but, very peaceful Nature roaming

The location was perfect. It was an incredibly quiet neighborhood.

All the extra fees that are added on are ridiculous. I shouldn't have to clean up as I leave and pay an exorbitant cleaning fee. Also they need a new coffee pot and the kitchen faucet is very difficult to shut off to where it doesn't leak.

Great location, comfortable house, spacious, cozy and comfortable. I would definitely stay again. Clean environment.

A welcome pack and milk in the fridge.

Our contact, Sarah was helpful with resolving issues with the TV and Hulu. She also answered questions we had about access to the garage, recycling, and general housekeeping. The location was quiet and easy access to the Fall River entrance to Rocky Mtn. National Park.

Some of the written instructions were not updated - Sarah and property management crew did take care of the TV instructions. Nothing on what to do with dirty laundry and towels when leaving the property.

Location, kitchen essentials, bathroom towels were well stocked up, plenty of linens

Very hot in the house, especially the bedroom by the front door. Host should provide more fans in the house. Spotty wifi - if this is common host should add some wifi extenders. Yard could use some TLC….

Place was alone in a quiet place perfect to enjoy nature and see wildlife.

Not as spacious as described.

Completely finished with everything you need. Also a traeger Grill.

2nd bathroom is in the basement.... small inconvenience but we made it work.
