The location was wonderful. The loft was aesthetically gorgeous.

When my mother woke up in the morning, her extremities were covered in bug bites (bed bugs). We notified the office. However, it’s different companies and owners to have the issue resolved. In the mean time they sent over an exterminator to spray toxic chemicals while my mother was in the apartment with no ventilation. (The windows do not open) The owner was finally contacted and we moved to another loft he owned. The sofa bed was broke, the faucet fell off of the shower, the furniture was filthy …. Unfortunately, the other hotels were sold out and could not accommodate. I have more pictures and videos.

When I got there I saw that there was a hold in the bedroom. The shower curtain was dirt.

The only thing I liked about this place was the style of the room and the free valet service. The apartment would have good potential if it was kept up with and if the host ever picked up the phone when you needed them.

When we first arrived to the building there were a lot of homeless people around the area which made if feel very unsafe. When we first walked in to the room we noticed multiple damages to the room, like the shower was flooding into the bathroom, the toilet was running non stop, most of the light bulbs were out, the door handle for the closet in the bedroom was falling off, and the tv remote only had 1 battery in it. We tried to contact the property manager of Regal Stays but the number they provided in the confirmation email did not work. We even tried contacting Booking.com and they couldn't even get ahold of them. I would not recommend booking with them and wasting your money.

that i did not get a towel not even one and we where 2 people, ending up to go to a super market to buy us 2 new towels the building in the front door side was very dirty and homeless people just sleeping in front of the doors evert night was not good at all

Apartment was self catering, plenty of stores nearby for supplies. The apartment is code entry which was easy. The apartment is large and spaced out and extremely comfortable. Two big bedrooms and two bathrooms. The lounge and kitchen were brilliant too. There was coffee, tea, sugar, milk, washing up liquid, cleaners, cloths, extra toilet roll and kitchen roll etc all provided which is a great touch. Everything we wanted to see was within 30 minutes walk which was great. Plenty of bars and restaurants very close by. Great view from front room. Parking was included in the price which is good as a lot of other accommodation did not provide. Lovely apartment!!!

We had a couple of very minor issues, (not enough cutlery and one of the blinds broken in the main bedroom), and when we tried to contact management we could not get through on any of the numbers. There is a leasing office on the ground floor and they couldn't contact them either. On saying that, it did not spoil our stay as minor issues, however if there was a major issue it may have been different. Management definitely need to be accessible on the numbers provided.

customer service!!! the tv remote wouldn’t work so i didnt get to watch tv the whole trip!!! i called the customer service they said rhey would send someone and never dis and wouldn’t answer the phone no more.

The apartment was close to the convention center and the downtown. Spacious, two bedrooms and separate bathrooms.

Homeless people around. Not safe to go out in the evening. A crazy neighbour upstairs worked out to ear-splitting music at 4:30 or 5:00 am every morning. No hairdryer. The owner/manager/administrator did not answer our calls or messages. The apartment was smelly, windows wouldn't open. The instructions for openning the door were terribly confusing.

It was convenient to downtown and the rooms were clean. The staff was very responsive and super helpful. Great value.

Some of the amenities (game room, theatre and gym) that were listed were only available during normal working hours (9-5) which is not convenient for a weekend stay. The water pressure in the shower in one of our rooms was not good at all and there was no where to place shower stuff like a caddy to hold shampoo and conditioners. Also we noted on our reservation we would have 4 staying in one room and only 3 towels were left in the room.

Hard to gain initial entry. Numerous guests had similar issues that we witnessed. Initial apartment had several areas of damage and was uninhabitable. Second apartment was not clean but by this point I had already called the host 4 times to report issues and had given up.

The property made us feel like home and that is what we enjoyed most!

there’s a 300 buck deposit and they hold it for a couple days after check out….with a 70 buck cleaning fee etc….yea it’s kinda annoying when places show a price and then the final price of the situation is far from where it started. but I had a beautiful view, room etc
