Modern apartment, all equipment, a/c, wi-fi, coffee machine everything worked fine. A friendly owner met us and showed us around the flat

It was hard to get the keys, no one was there at first, all a bit weird. Flat is mini, should not be offered for 4 people. Sofa bed is really really bad, even my kids were uncomfortable in it. Fr 2 people it’s OK. There is a washing machine but I have no clue where you would hang things since the flat is so tiny. We had to put the coffee table on top of the fridge to be able to access the sofa bed!
The bathroom is super narrow as well, when you sit at the toilet your shoulders one touch the wall the other the wall of the shower (neither of us is a large person)

The appartment was clean, the host was communicative. We got there without problems.
The photos on the website comprise the views of both appartments, which are being rented there, so in reality I ended up in an appartment that was not what I thought it would be. A more clear description of what is being rented would be suitable. The area is shabby, my first impression: slums, but turned out to be quiet and apparently quite safe. Perhaps it is just the way Tel Aviv is.

I liked it was very clean and had a smart TV with youtube, ideally for kids while we had to pack and unpack the luggages.
I didn't like there was no table to take the breakfast or dinner. Having kids was a bit difficult to feed them.
If you want to reach easier the Tel Aviv down town and have stores opened during Sabbat is not really a good option.
Very close to the rail station Bat Yam Yoseftal, the flat is actually small.

The prize, it was clean
The room is small, the sofa-bed was not comfortabel. The room was little for four persons

The value was good comparing to other options in overall Tel-Aviv, and the location is close to Jaffa.
The size of the apartment is way smaller when comparing to the pictures for the apartment announcement. On that matter it should be forbidden to announce with enlarged pictures.
Additionally the toilet seat was broken and the sofa bed was not comfortable at all.
The toilet is also something “unique”, because it is right in front of the kitchen and it doesn’t have a normal door with locking and frame around it, therefore anyone in the kitchen can someway perceive the noises and smell coming from the toilet and even someway see a bit what is happening inside. It is surely low privacy, if this is desirable.

Spacious bathroom. Enough kitchen appliances. Well maintained apartment.
It was smaller than I expected. Air conditioner was a little bit noisy. Soundproof could be better.

The inside of the apartment is just like in the pictures. Very comfortable and extremely clean space. We stayed for one night and were able to rest. Communication with the host was very easy, he was very kind and quick to reply. Thank you! :)
The oustside of the apartment building is not very clean but this has nothing to do with the host.

Comfy apartment with kitchen and nice garden. Overall it makes a really good impression in the inside. The host is quite responsive and helpful.
The apartment is placed in a location which looks run down. Difficult to find at night - call the host and he will wait for you!

The location is not the most convenient, far from the center of Tel Aviv. The Neighborhood looks terrible, not a pleasant experience. I only stayed one night because I didn't have any other choice. See photo of the outside

Plenty parking most of the day, quiet area although next to a main road
Supermarket and a small park nearby are a nice feature
The freezer wasnt cleaned and glass door for the bathroom is a weird choice.
