The location and terrace with the view was perfect.

The apartment needs renovation. Bathroom and kitchen. If you like to cook in the kitchen better to go eat outside.

The location is just awesome. Good views and great place to just relax

The amenities of the apartment were very poor. There were no forks or spoons to use. All other cookware was acceptable but nothing special. You can probably get much more for the same price in the area.

The location is great, practically above the wonderful beach, just 2 flights of stairs and there you are on the beach (for other apartments in that house there is more stairs). The house is situated in between the pine trees so there is a natural shade and it smells wonderful.

We announced the time of our arrival, but there was no one there to greet us. I called the phone provided, no one answered. I wrote the email, no one replied. Eventually, we realized, based on the photos we had, which apartment is ours and settled in - it was open, with the key in the door. We had trouble finding a parking even though we announced we need it. We additionally had to clean a bit the kitchen and bathroom before we used it. Basically there is not enough parking space and that what is available is a horror and for experienced drivers only. If you have a bigger car, than you'll have bigger problem. There were bed sheets only for 2 people and we were 3, as stated in our reservation. We got the additional sheets a day after. The owner returned my phone call a couple of hours later saying she did not greet us bcs we haven provide time of arrival, and we have but she said the agency did not notify her. Eventually she came to meet us a day after. The air conditioning is not functioning very well, but the wifi is good. I didn't feel comfortable cooking bcs electric cooking plate is so close to the water and the water from the sink goes everywhere around the cooking plates. In general, the apartment is small, outdated, not clean enough, not comfortable, etc... Brela is a very nice village and I'm sure there are nicer places to rent than this apartment which I do not recommend. There is a potential here, but to be worth the money it's being rented a lot has to be invested in terms of renovating the space, cleaning it, and welcoming the guests.

Apartment is spatious and very close to nice beach. The owner is very cool and there was no problem to stay a little longer than regular check out.

In period of my stay, there was an ants "army" in my apartment. So, the apartment might have been a bit cleaner. The ad says- "free booking via credit card, no prepayment needed"- however, the rental company "Adriatic.hr" requested full payment in advance. So, the ad isn't true. When I paid, they were a bit late with sending key details for the location, owner's phone number, etc..I had to call them (phone call from one country to another) asking to hurry up with sending these details.
