Tout était parfait de A à Z, le personnel est d’une extrême gentillesse et très serviable, aux petits soins pour toute demande ou recommandation. Nous avons passé 3 jours à Bordeaux qui ont été sublimes par notre lieu de séjour !

Étant une vieille bâtisse vous entendez passablement les allers et venues mais c’est le charme de l’ancien !

The hotel features beautifully designed rooms and a truly friendly, attentive staff. The room is unusual, as it has a bathtub in the sleeping space and a tiny bathroom off the bedroom. There is a handheld shower head in the tub, which is quite luxurious. For those who want a quiet stylish room, the hotel is an attractive option.

The hotel has a tiny lobby that does not offer much in the way of amenities, and there is no restaurant or bar, so socializing opportunities.

Beautiful bedrooms, very clean and tidy. Exceptional service and owners (do listen to their recommendations on where to go, where to eat, and what to do). Recommend recommend recommend.

La chambre était spacieuse et la literie confortable. François Xavier nous a été d’une grande aide pour nous orienter sur les lieux à visiter, les restaurants et autres bars. Le roftop est aussi très agréable pour profiter du soleil. L’hôtel est très bien placé au cœur de bordeaux, tout peut se faire à pieds ou en transports.

Manque d’attention et de détails pour un hôtel 4 étoiles. Absence de savon pour les mains dans la salle de bain ainsi que de cotons, de sac poubelle dans les poubelles ou d’accessoires de toilette par exemple. Pas de service de bagagerie le dimanche après 12h. Pas d’accueil physique après 21h.

Super lovely hotel in the perfect location, the staff are so lovely and helpful, giving great advice on where to go and carrying your bags up the stairs as there's no lift (which is honestly not a problem), the rooms are beautifully designed and the beds are really comfy!

Roof top for breakfast was delicious. View from view top was spectacular. Hosts were delightful. Chef prepared a varied menu. Rooms were cozy quiet and themed. I was pleased with location.

The location was great and the hotel was charming. The rooftop had a wonderful view. The staff was attentive and very helpful.

The shower setup was interesting but ended up adding to the experience.

The terrace is fantastic as was the breakfast with the homemade yogurt. The staff were also extremely welcoming, helpful, and friendly. The rooms were extremely well thought through and had nice style.

I lost an earring behind a bench and unfortunately it wasn't possible to retrieve it.

Lovely hotel, converted town house so quite tall and narrow, but very well equipped rooms

Amazing service. They called us a couple days before check in to see if they can help us with anything. During the stay Francois was helping us with the restaurant recommendations and booking. He made us a very delicious cappuccino and brownies. Lovely hospitality.

No elevator but it’s not a problem since we are on the 2nd floor.

Really stylish hotel with comfortable rooms and amazing staff. The location is perfect for strolling into town.

Everything was good or great. We only had one issue which was dining on the roof at breakfast. Dining in the lobby is much better and I recommend this.

Great location close to the old town and restaurants/cafes . The staff were very helpful and delightful to deal with. They gave us a really good dinner recommendation. There are only stairs to rooms but staff moved all bags so not an issue. They upgraded us to the junior suit which was very comfortable. Really enjoyed our stay here and wished we had stayed longer to see more of the city and it’s sites. Thx to Francois and Audrey.

Excellent small Boutique Hotel directly in the center with short walking distances to all major spots of Bordeaux. The design of the rooms and entire hotel was very beautiful, the highlight was the small roof top terrace. We were absolutely surprised how great it was and can highly recommend it.

Hôtel Singulier is a beautiful boutique hotel, in a Bordeaux townhouse, meticulously renovated to an incredibly high standard with a gorgeous rooftop offering views of Bordeaux cathedral and surrounding city. The rooms are full of character and beautifully decorated, the bed is the comfiest I’ve slept on in a hotel, and the staff are all amazingly helpful and friendly. Rooms are cleaned daily and the hotel is a short walk from the centre of town and the concierge can help with restaurant bookings / reservations, airport collection, plus wine tours and any activities in Bordeaux and the surrounding areas. Truly a wonderful experience and felt very well looked after during our stay in this beautiful city. I hope to be back and would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, style and friendly staff.

Outstanding boutique hotel that recently opened. Interior design is outstanding, beautiful, tasteful, and refined. The owners are artists/designers. Audrey, the concierge, was exceptional! Warm, friendly, hospitable, knowledgeable of Bordeaux. Offered great suggestions for meals and excursions! We became instant friends. This hotel is five stars!!!

The stair runs up thru the property so when people go up and down the stairs it is very loud in the rooms

The decor was charming and thoughtful. Very modern with nods to history. The staff was increíble as well. They offered a lot of excellent recommendations for meals and wineries. The breakfast option is a must do especially if you can do so on the roof deck.

The rooms are well designed and comfortable. The bathrooms are part of the room so ensure you are comfortable with your travel partner.

Audrey was an amazing help to our trip! She helped us out with everything we needed and gave us some great tips for navigating the city. Looking forward to staying here again soon!
