We stayed here in March for 5 nights during our Wisconsin “Spring Break.” My husband and I have been to Dauphin before and we were excited to bring along our 11 year old. First, we loved the location of the property. We fished everyday off the very large dock, and also walked everyday the 5 minutes over to the Gulf via easy access. This location was ideal for us! The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. The house was very clean, tastefully decorated, and well-stocked (plenty of dishes, pots and pans, cooking utensils, towels) and the welcome goodies were very unexpected and thoughtful. We also liked the layout of the house, having the master bedroom on one side of the house and the other bedrooms on the other side. The main area was large and perfect for visiting while cooking or watching TV. We spent lots of time outside in the hammock, reading on the deck, and fishing off the dock. This was definitely a highlight of the property. While there, we needed to communicate with the property owners over a couple of issues, and they were very responsive. I can’t say enough positive things about Marks the Spot! We would love to return to this property in the future.

Extremely well maintained, super clean and great location. Excellent for beach and bay access and would highly recommend. Property owners are very responsive.

We had a wonderful time staying here!! Kevin & Melissa made our check in process easy and had a line of communication open just in case we should have needed to contact them - which we didn’t because our stay was amazing!! They even had a welcome basket sitting on the counter for us :) The house was clean and inviting!! Plenty of beach towels, bath towels and a fully stocked kitchen for cooking. Their home is located just a block or two from a public beach which made it soooo easy for walking to the beach. A great home in a great location!! We are so thankful they shared their home with us!!

My husband and I enjoyed staying here. The house was on the bay side where you could fish and watch wild life and relax. Out the front of the home was a short walk to a wonderful beach. The owners were friendly and helpful. We would stay again:)

Cannot say enough about how great our stay was. This property is well maintained, Beds are super comfy, and is stocked with the essentials. What a great home away from home vacation/ getaway! We were amazed at the views and how peaceful the location is. We will return.

My family and I enjoyed our 7 night stay at this property! We LOVED the back deck and all the fishing we were able to do off of it. It is conveniently located on the bay and across the street, just a short walk, is beach access. The house was very clean and decorated nicely. It was very cozy and had everything we needed!
