Host communication was excellent - responded within minutes to email and text messages. Place was very clean, house smelled fresh and we actually used the linens (which I'll be honest I hadn't planned on using because it normally skeeves me out, but these were definitely freshly washed). Location was decent, just as listed in the details. We had 3 families - including 7 children and it was comfortable. Overall an excellent stay, highly recommend.

The home was very accommodating for our family of 18. The house was very clean, with lots of toys and outdoor fun for the children. The host was accommodating and available to assist us whenever we needed. The home was located near many restaurants, shopping, and family activities. Would love to return to the home to experience it in the summer!

The property was clean, nicely decorated and had all the amenities you could want for a weekend gathering. We even had a morning visit from two deer in the back yard. Overall great property.

The property was clean with plenty of activities inside, outside and out in the town. Great location to lake, amenities (pool & playground). Communication was great and a detailed email was provided to plan for shopping and excursions while we stayed there.

We really enjoyed our stay. My 93 year old mom had everything she needed on the first floor, many hiking areas, Steamtown National Park nearby, nice pool within walking distance, a kayak and boat available at the house. The only real problem was checkin on Friday evening - it took about 45 minutes to get through the line at 5:30 pm.

We had a lovely weekend retreat staying in this spot with some friends and our children. The large grassy backyard was perfect for them to run around/play on and roast s'mores at night, and the spot pictured of the gorgeous lake front view area are just a few steps away once you walk through the backyard. I thought there would be a bit more of a sandy type area for the kids to play in at that spot as well as a chance for swimming based on the pictures but it was most conducive for just sitting at/enjoying the beautiful view or there were kayaks available too. The large community pool and lake beach area (the beach in particular wasn’t crowded at all while we were there and a lovely spot for families/kid’s swimming) were a short distance/2 minute drive from the home. We chose not to walk because with the kids it was just a tad too far and too much to carry. We did have to pay for additional lake beach passes to enter onto it as the house only comes w/ 5. For the cost of what we paid to stay there we were hoping for each person to at least have a pass but there were enough pool passes for all without paying additional fees. Checkin time at 5pm felt later than usual and again for the price we were just bummed at the idea of loosing almost a full first day as well as having to checkout fairly early the last day (which I know is standard of course and not blaming the owners- cleaning takes time). The host was very accommodating in getting back to me asap anytime I had a question or concern and tried to work with us where she could- we hung at the community lake while waiting for the cleaning people to be done and did end up getting to check in a few minutes early. All in all it was a fun stay and beautiful well-kept home that’s especially great for any families or groups of friends wanting a lake get away trip as it was very spacious and well updated. We ordered delivery from the recommended local pizza place the first night (yum!) and recommended local food truck (about a 15 min drive) the second night (double yum!!). Also checked out the Pocono Brewing Company on our way there for lunch the first day (it was larger than I expected and good food/beer- a relaxing start to vaca).

The hosts were extremely responsive, including sending additional blankets the day we arrived. The lake access and outdoor space were great for our large family getaway weekend.

The check in process was a bit confusing as far as where the building was to obtain the pass. Otherwise it was a smooth check in process. The house appeared a bit smaller than I expected, overall it was great! We enjoyed our stay, a group of 11. There was necessary basic in the kitchen which was helpful. Bedrooms were comfy and bathrooms were good. One shower didn't work, but we made it out okay. The play area was set up very nice. We loved the house and would definitely stay again.

Great family getaway with 6 adults ,2 children and 3 dogs. Plenty of room,quiet neighborhood,close to playground. Beautiful views from the dock.

This house and location were very well suited for our crew, which consisted of children ages 2-year -7, their parents and grandparents, six kids and nine adults in total.. The house was large enough to accomodate all needs. The kids joyfully played air hockey and foosball in the basement. They enjoyed the community pool a stones throw away with a nearby sandy beach and nearby playground perfect for all.. They enjoyed kayaking with their parents. The finale was sitting by the firepit making smores. Also, we had a great hike at a nearby park. Terrific family getaway!

The property was clean and advertised as expected. Nice outdoor area in the back to hang out. Plenty of indoor/outdoor seating. Close to propertyamenities. Would stay again. Thanks, Boris!
