Our family loved this house! It had absolutely everything that you could need at the beach. Easter weekend was a little rainy and chilly but we enjoyed the hot tub instead. Cheryl was an excellent host and was always quick to answer our questions. Highly recommend!!

Very Relaxing
This home, its location, and proximity to the beach made our vacation very relaxing and lovely. It is clear that the homeowner takes great pride in her home and it had every amenity we could possibly need. Simple things like access to the garage to place our beach stuff each night locked up or use of the fridge/freezer in said garage to make keeping the ice for the cooler easy are just examples of how well thought out this rental property is. We had the opportunity to speak with Cheryl and she was very accommodating to our questions. The house is large enough that our family (dad, mom, son, daughter, and 2 grandmothers, along with our golden retriever) all had enough space so it didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. Overall great property and great experience.

I can't say enough positive things about this property! It was perfect for our 3 families to have a family getaway. The multiple balconies, two living rooms, and short walk to the beach were just what we were looking for. The view of the beach from the balconies completely took our breath away and was such a great surprise! The cargo lift allowed us to accommodate our son who uses a wheelchair, and the fully fenced porch was perfect for our dogs to get some fresh air throughout the day. The kitchen was well stocked with the odds and ends we forgot to bring along. Everything was very clean. Communication with the owners was quick, thorough, and so helpful! We were completely satisfied with this location!

The beach house pictures does not give it justice. It is beautiful and very cozy! Plenty of space for 8 adults to sleep comfortably in. Practically on the water short distance walk. Hotub to enjoy! And everything you need is there except beach towels. This will def be my go to place for beach weekends!!!

We loved the location of the home, it was easy to get to the property. Met owner and loved visiting with her as well. The firework display for NYE was amazing. There was plenty of room for our family and enjoyed cooking all week.

Perfect Location and Excellent Host

There were going to be 13 of us but only 9 could make it, however we had plenty of room. Both the couch upstairs and downstairs fold out into beds. The storm we experienced on our last morning there, was incredible and beautiful to watch from the living room on the second floor! The home is a very short walk to the beach, which is nice when you need to run back to the house from the beach. The outdoor shower and bathroom are GREAT additions!!! And thank goodness for the lift!! We can't wait to come back and are already making plans for next summer!

The kitchen has everything you could need to grill, cook, etc. There are a lot of mosquitoes as it gets dark but the breeze on the upper decks keep them away but bring bug spray! Definitely recommend this house!

We’ve had such a great time and experience , the beach house is very clean, very very cute and super close yo the beach , the layout is perfect . The check in process was smooth , fast and detailed - we will definitely recommend it to anyone snd we will definitely stay again . Thank you

The house was in a great location which made up for few things that needed fixed. Which they are working on, if you do stay before the renovation bring an air mattress.The hot tub was fantastic and the grill was great. I recommend going down to the local fisherman and getting fresh shrimp and fish! He cleaned it and all we had to do was grill it. The lift is great we had my grandparents with us and they used the lift and it helped to cart up loads of groceries.The grounds are gorgeous and the host works hard on the landscaping.Overall a four out of five. If the beds were more comfortable a five out of five.
