This location claims to be upgraded, accommodate six people, but the condo has major water pressure and heating issues, and the A/C is old and never worked. The latch from the dryer broke the first week we moved in and the owners never thanked us or reimbursed us for repairing it. The dishwasher also broke down and it took the owners three weeks to repair. I stayed at this place for four months with my family and every time my kids took a bath, I had to heat water in the stove. The owners response was that the water heater was not large enough to accommodate a family of six, yet the condo was advertised to be able to accommodate up to six people. Our car was broken into and our values were stolen! This area is not safe. In the winter, management won’t remove snow from cart port and the drive way is very slippery, my kids slipped several times. Finally, we paid for a cleaning fee and the owners charged us a extra cleaning fee. Watch out for this place and misleading owners.

Highly recommend! Close to all the you need for either a vacation or staycation. No complaints or regrets whatsoever. Property manager checked in to make sure all was well and our needs were met but nothing was needed. Definitely cream of the crop for Greenwood Village/Centennial area.

This condo was very nice. It was so clean and pleasant to stay in. I was very happy with how quiet it was. Loretta me was so kind in helping my family. I highly recommend this condo!

Perfect condo in quiet residential Neighbohood. Kids loved the pool, tennis and basketball courts on site. Apartment is bigger and better than appears in the pictures! Highly recommended.
