The Chelan room has an amazing view. We sat out on the balcony and watched the boats, seaplanes a people come and go at the marina. It’s a perfect location to get to everything in Friday Harbor in just a few just walking. My only complaint would be the paper thin walls. It wouldn’t take much to put some sound proofing between the rooms.

This clean, lovely studio with a charming balcony offers gorgeous views of Friday Harbor. Comings and goings of sailboats, ferries and seaplanes were all the entertainment needed. Super-convenient to shops, restaurants, and the community theatre. Fridge and microwave are a bonus. I would stay there again.

Great location, walking distance to all of Friday Harbor

A great location a few blocks from the ferry and close enough to shops and restaurants to walk. Great view of the harbor. The only less than ideal thing is the walls are paper thin. You can hear the conversation of the person in the room your sharing a wall with.

It was overall way overpriced for just a bedroom and bathroom, AND we were threatened to have to pay EXTRA money if we checked in before 4 pm and extra money if we checked out after 10 am, to allow for cleaning, but the floors and bathtub were dirty.
The walls were incredibly thin, we were unlucky that the couple next door was not getting along.
It was charming and well located but not luxury by any mean.

We spent 5 nights at this property in July. The view from our room looking out at the harbor was spectacular. The weather was unseasonably warm (for a few of those days) and the room did get a bit warm. There was an oscillating fan, which did help.....and thankfully, the nights were cool. We would love to come back to this property and maybe try the room next door, as it doesn’t get quite as much sun.....We’d recommend this place for sure!

This place had a nice view and beautiful grounds however if you would like to sleep in it's pretty hard once the sun comes up. They have white shades without blackout backing so it is really bright! Also, they need to add at least a ceiling fan or some kind of euro wall air conditioning unit besides a very loud and obnoxious plug in fan. Not sure how the very small wall heater (one in the bathroom and one in the bedroom) would work in the winter. For the money I would think they would upgrade this because it got very hot and stuffy while sleeping. The door is hard to leave open because it opens out and the window is facing the main patio and we did not feel comfortable leaving it open all night. I would not recommend staying here to a friend unless the above it addressed.

Finding & checking into the house was amazing. Spectacular views & location. Parking right outside! Everything was awesome. Friendly neighbors.

Love the location and view. Accommodations were clean and comfortable, but I think the structure is a souped-up double wide. The printed request to keep it down after 9:00, along with the container of ear plugs made sense after we fell asleep listening to our neighbor snore.

The location is great, view lovely, space great. The deck was a pleasure for evening wine and morning coffee. That said, the walls seem paper thin (earplugs provided) and the bed a bit worn. We still enjoyed our stay.

Great Location in Friday Harbor
My wife and I enjoyed our anniversary trip staying here. These condos are in a perfect location looking out over the Harbor, walking distance to the bars and restaurants on Front and Spring Street. Very clean room, no fuss check in/check out. Would stay here again.

This was our third time staying at the Cannery. We had the Cle Elum which we really liked that apartment. Everything was great except for one important thing. And we have noticed this before. The walls are very thin and the couple next to us had a very loud snorer which we heard all night. It is so unfortunate that sound insulation was not included in the walls when the cannery was turned into these four suites because we live the units, their amenities snd location.

copied from review put on Airbnb: The place is clean, cute and has a great view over the docks with plenty of food within walking distance. That's about where the upside ended. Was disappointed with the morning amenities tray offered with a water heater and paper cups, we didn't touch it. Our two day experience had one afternoon and night of very loud music/party next door at The Grange. We had to go over and ask them to turn it down, tried twice and couldn't get a hold of the prop mgmt group. For us, $600 a night was unreasonable. Would not stay here again. The area is great so with other places available, I'd offer you keep looking.

The solution to my equation is: Great View and Location < (less than) Absolutely No Privacy. Can't say I'd stay here again. But, that's just me and the noise issue may not bother you. If so, it's a truly great location to explore the islands.

Absolutely loved the Cannery Row Chelan room! Clean, comfortable, beautiful views, and perfect location in town. Loved the large community deck. On weekends, the property next door tends to have events which can be loud until about 2am however. Despite this, i will return!

This is a nice room with an amazing view from a private balcony. There is an additional larger shared balcony that is wonderful as well. Comfortable and clean room. You will not be notified when the room is cleaned so that you can check in early. A 10:00 checkout seems unreasonably early.

Only thing I would say is walls are very thin and you can hear your neighbor (hence the earplugs) - but the sound machine blocked all that out for bed time. Would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat!

House cleaners cleaning rooms when we are napping sounded like a hurricane coming through the building. The door codes for rooms and outside doors are the same and this made us feel unsafe. The inside lock doesn’t work. We put a chair against the door to secure it, while we slept. Even with the above mentioned issues, this is still an amazing property and we would stay here again.

Part of Washington State Vacation
The unit was in a perfect location, close to downtown, and with a beautiful view. It would have been nice to have a coffee maker. And 2 small waste baskets are not sufficient.

The Cannery-Chelan
Room and property are extremely well maintained. Location—perfect.
View—magnificent.
Negative: like other reviews, it is extremely loud. First night was ok, second had horrible neighbors.
The outdoor patio lights stayed on all night, so I was unable to open the blinds and enjoy the harbor view at night. IF there was a switch, I couldn’t find it.
All in all, it was a good venue and great location.

We appreciated the property notes and reviews about the walls/noise. Having the fan in the room helped and we would definitely stay here again.
