Great villa with pool, great location, great owner, good facilities with quick reaction to all the requests.
Can get a bit noisy at night in the neighborhood

The property is a short walk away from the beach, supermarkets and reastaurants. Eveything inside was clean, the kitchen had all the kitchenware you need and every room has an air conditioner. The manager answered quickly and was always helpful.
The furniture on the roof terrace is slightly dirty. The lock on the first floor bathroom is sometimes faulty.

We had some issues with the first villa, and they were very helpful. They changed as villa. It was very clean, it was like the pictures and it was very comfortable. Quiet location, with a lot of privacy. All the services are nearby and you can find great beaches as well close to the villas. Definitely, we will book again here!
We would prefer a faster customer service since we almost missed the first day with the issues of the first villa.
Some lights didn't work but no big deal!

Great accommodation, the location was perfect, close to beaches, shops and restaurants. The owner was very thoughtful and helped us with everything that we asked, also on short notice. Our plane was supposed to depart late at night and we were allowed to leave our stuff at the villa, so that we could enjoy the day at the beach.
Also, the washing machine, a lifesaver.
The villa could do some reparations(cold water didn't work at some point, but we talked to the owner and said that it's already a known thing and that he will take care of it ) and more deep cleaning.

The location of the villa was excellent: several supermarkets are super close by, the nearest beach (Sandy Beach) is a 10 Minute Walk and Nissi Beach is a 20 Minute Walk. The villa is spacious and the pool was great
We had Villa number 22 located directly on the first street and therefore it was really noisy unfortunately. The kitchen appliances could be stocked up a bit more (only one sharp knife and 4 glasses for 6 people). We were also missing the parasol, but the host delivered additional glasses and the parasol almost immediately.

The location was great, and the villa had a lot of nice features like the terraces and the pool
The place just had too many issues not to have a property manager that could respond to the problems like no running water, 2 out of 4 beds being broken, people getting locked inside the bathroom, normal kitchen and cleaning items that were missing

The Villa is new property with a modern open plan layout and nice roof terrace for sitting out in the evenings. Outside, the pool, shower, BBQ, seating and sun lounger setup is great for relaxing and alfresco dining with a big umbrella providing adequate shade. The bedrooms have ample room for 2 people sharing, all have balconies with seating and are kept nice and cool by individually remote controlled modern AC units. Overall a great choice of villa with all the modern faciliities you need for a perfect holiday stay.
