the new hotel and the staff at the berkfast
that I need to ask 24 hours before to clean the room I been there 4 days and just one time they cleaned the room

The room was comfortable, very clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
There wasn't anything that we didn't like during our stay.

It was close to shopping and my room was great. And the property was beautiful and bright!

Clean, comfortable bed, very friendly staff, large fridge and freezer, sledding hill right by property (which is why we came to Hagerstown so we didn’t have to drive to find one)

The Microwave on our room didn't work, I told staff but they didn't fix it.

The place was immaculate. The staff was beyond friendly! Our toy poodle dog had a wonderful visit too. The staff was extra kind to her, even gave her a treat and signed us up for the rewards program. The breakfast was delicious. The room was comfortable, clean and spacious! Everything from start to finish was just wonderful there! It was the perfect location off the highway, and right up the street from our destination. It even had shops and food right across the street. We highly recommend this place!

The hotel and our room were spotless. Very roomy, well thought out. Quiet and convenient location. Breakfast included was sufficient with enough variety. Andrea, at check-in was terrific; friendly, efficient, knowledgeable.

Hotelwas great- I gave it a lower rating because it was super noisy at night. The walls are very thin - and we spent the entire evening until about 4am listening to the loud party music from another guest.
Walls are thin. If there is a loud guest anywhere near you, especially one playing music with a strong bass, it’s hard sleep through it.

- staff is really friendly, lots of parking
- the gym is quite ok
- breakfast very american, poor coffee. as long as you like to heaten your bagels or you are satisfied with eggs in aluminium foil, you will be ok
