Esta encantadora casa de playa tiene pisos pulidos, calentador de combustión lenta, ventilador de techo y 2 aires acondicionados de ciclo inverso, una cocina totalmente equipada y 2 baños. Cene al aire libre bajo techo en la veranda o adentro en el acogedor comedor.
El exterior ofrece un área de veranda cerrada y relajante, un área ideal para cocinar su pescado recién pescado en la parrilla.

Liteva Beach House está a 300 metros de las hermosas playas de Simms Cove y Moonta Bay. Un corto paseo por la playa o el camino hacia el embarcadero de Moonta Bay y los cafés y bistró de la playa.
El municipio histórico de Moonta está a poca distancia en coche. Tómese el tiempo para visitar las tiendas y disfrute de un café recién hecho en una de las cafeterías Moonta.
Moonta Mines es un área de patrimonio histórico donde puedes retroceder en el tiempo en la popular tienda Miner's Cottage, Museum y Lolly.

We have stayed here twice now and absolutely adore it.
We have stayed in the winter and enjoyed the beautiful wood burner.
We have stayed in the summer and enjoyed the cool front deck and access to the water park.
The owners are extremely accommodating and available to help out if needed.

We had a lovely quiet stay here while we scattered our parents ashes very neat inside the outside could do with a spruce up we couldnt find any outside lights out the back and the bbq was average we left it cleaner than we got it also the people who use this house need to go around and pick up their pets poo was a lovely stay and great location thankyou

the house was clean but not aired for a long time so it was very musty - with food still in the fridge, the dishwasher was too unpleasant to use and basically a shambles out the back and there was no wifi - the house is up for sale and I had to chase the owner for entry information - it wasn't a welcoming environment

Great location, super spacious place. Shack vibes which is exactly what we wanted and loved the art work of the reason the shack is called Liteva.
Found the Vrbo app hard to use but the owners were super helpful and accommodating

Enjoyed my stay here, especially since my doggies were welcome two. An older style home that could do with a bit more thorough clean, especially outside. My daughter and SIL came to visit with their 15 month old and it was spacious enough for all of us to feel comfortable. Location is great, especially if you like beach walks. No need to get in a car to go for a beach walk. Highly recommended.

Best thing was we could take our dogs.
House was run down and not to a very high standard of cleanliness.
Backyard looked like a bomb had hit it.
I had read previous reviews and used them as a guide when booking the property.
Did enjoy sitting on front verandah with a glass of wine.

Was disappointed with the back yard as we know it is dog friendly but it had dog droppings in yard holes that had been dug by dogs and no hose so the soil could be dampened to eliminate the urine smells.
The home was very nice but a lot of spider webs in the outdoor living area. The BBQ was unusable as it was in a very dirty condition.

Inside was fine, comfortable bed and furniture. Outside not so good, the back yard was a jungle and the front lawn was nothing like the online photo. Tried to water the lawn but the hose had so many holes in it that the water never reached the end. Still, we enjoyed ourselves and it was a good break for us.

Great value for a short stay with our dogs. Felt comfortable, slept well on great beds.
Hosts are friendly and accommodating. Responded quickly to any queries. Everything worked as it should, couldn't fault the place and its amenities. Would stay again.
The only place at Moonta Bay that provided all linen. All we needed was beach towels. That was fantastic, as we didn't really have room for more gear.
A relaxing stay close to the beach and a lovely Kemp walkway garden leading to the foreshore around the corner. Delightful setting.
Our dogs thoroughly enjoyed romping in the shallows at low tide... they slept well
The beachouse is only minutes from the township, with a well equipped Drakes supermarket, countless quirky stores, coffee spots, hotel and takeaway outlets.

Liteva Beach House is central to Moonta Bay and Port Hughes and it has a beach house feel. The king bed was very comfortable.The kitchen and bathroom were adequate for a short stay. Take note of the bathroom photo of the step into the shower over the bath and back door step into the house. We enjoyed our stay at this property, the front veranda is lovely.

Very clean, comfortable and well equipped apart from a few minor omissions. Great for pets with fully enclosed yard which needs some attention. Overall a pleasant property.

Had all basic features needed for a relaxing stay with most of the appliances already being upgraded. A king sized bed in the master very comfortable. Located in a quite street with a short walk to the beach.

We had the greatest time away. Letiva house was absolutely perfect for us. Highly recommend it, we took our 2 dogs with us which made our stay the best. It was lovely & clean & had everything we needed. We will definitely be staying again. Thankyou so much, we really appreciated you being pet friendly.

we were all impressed with the accommodation it was much nicer than the pictures showed and was spotless clean and had everything we needed only problem for me was I could not get into the shower as I have arthritis and bad knee so had to use the outside one which is very much in need of a make over ..We would definitely recommend it

We had an enjoyable time staying here and revisiting Moonta and surrounding area. My dogs loved exploring the property, inside and outside and accompanying us on excursions.
We learnt about how the property got its name from the many newspaper articles on the walls, nice to learn some SA history.
The property is clearly is under going some improvements, air conditioning ( only 1 worked) and sewage. Garden outback is currently a dirt patch and some plants need a trim back, so limited grass for dogs and children to play on. No dish washer tablets and washing up liquid provided but I had read in previous posts this might be the case- really needs a house manual about how things work.

Property is as advertised although superior to photos. Spacious, comfy bed, everything you could want and close to the beach. I messed up the booking and we arrived a week early. No problems, all fixed and we really enjoyed our stay. Thanks Janine

Never been able to get away on a holiday with my labradors as it is hard to find accommodation where the dogs are allowed inside the house until now. The dogs where like little kids running around excitedly checking out the back yard and all the rooms. The area is fenced off, all amenities are there that you need and the owners are contactable and pleasant to deal with. Would happily stay there again.

Close to beach walking distance. Open and spacious rooms. Enclosed front veranda safe for small dogs and for sitting and enjoying a coffee. Loved it there.

We had a wonderful stay with our family. The backyard is well fenced and perfect for a dog. I’m not sure if we missed a communication about check in but when I reached out for information, the owner was very helpful and super quick in response. Overall a great place to stay and the owner was good to deal with.

The property is just a short stroll to the beach, fenced yard if taking pets, clean with a large lounge area. There was no coffee making machine, no dishwashing tablets, only the roll of toilet paper that was there, it wasn’t stocked as well as expected, no gas bottle for the BBQ but the Host did deliver one to us. There are a few maintenance issues which we have pointed out and I am sure they will be fixed, air cons in the the 2 living areas worked well and there are fans in the three bedrooms, we all still enjoyed our stay, I think maybe the cleaner or whoever re stocks should just pay a little more attention

I wanted my kids to experience the copper coast and Liteva beach house after I stayed there with friends 2 years ago, so I booked it again and we had a great time. My daughter. her partner and my grand daughter had a wonderful 2 week stay. The house is ideally located within walking distance to the beach and a short drive everywhere else. it has all you need including dishwasher. Good sized backyard for the pups. If I had to pick anything it would be the TV reception. The wind interferes with the reception and with a 3 year old The TV was needed and its good to be able to watch the TV at night when you've had a busy day. Maybe some Netflix or similar would be great or a signal booster maybe. A couple of maintenance issues as well. nothing major. Being a chippy, I was almost going to fix them myself because I had some tools onboard. Maybe on my next stay :o) over all a great stay and we will try and get back next year

This beach house was just perfect for our family combination. Great location only short walk to the beach. Well stocked with kitchen utensils and equipment. We sat on the front deck every night except the last (it was soo hot) it was very relaxing. We were grateful for the air conditioners and also the fans they were a godsend on a very warm and humid night. Thankyou Janine for allowing us to have our fur babies with us they had a great run each day on the beach with the littlies. Also a beautiful surprise when we arrived - chocolate and bubbles - wow, bonus. Will definitely come again.
