Great location
Apartment needed a frying pan, and ideally, a washing machine. That would make it a true apartment n which a family of our size (5 people) could holiday.

Great location, easy access to many attractions and to public transportations. Stores, restaurants and good breakfast places are all around. Opening the main door was challanging and one night some other guests could not enter the building therefore they have waked up all the residents. :( Main entrance was heavy to open and a bit tricky with the locks.

The room was very large and really great for several friends staying together.
For an apartment, if there are a washer and dryer, it would have been perfect.

Great location, nice size for a family, bathroom was very large and comfortable.
There is no sound barrier to the unit upstairs. We were on level 3 and above us was the penthouse that can house 10+ people. All nights we were there we had large families with small children that ran around all night until after midnight. One night some of the family members were arguing until 1am and we could hear everything. You can hear every step people take. As much as the unit was nice and a great location, I could never recommend staying here because of this issue. Maybe the level 1 or 2 units are better, but definitely not level 3.

Great location, easy check in with bonus of 2hr free luggage storage on the day we left. The place had everything we needed. Great app as well with all the information you need
Not all the windows could open in the bedroom so it was a bit stuffy as it was a very hot weekend but there were fans available to use though

The location was great, close to the park and little mermaid and also to where the changing of the royal guard takes place. We had stores nearby, the metro and a stop for the canal rides.
The place was clean and very spacious, the kitchen had all you need to prepare breakfast.
The beds were comfortable so it was a nice stay for us, a family of four.
Not a big minus, but it made us uncomfortable at first: the glasses were all scratched as if they were very dirty, even though they were just cleaned, so I suggest the property should change them with new ones.

There is no reception but getting the keys was pretty easy. The place was awesome. Very comfortable and clean. The bathroom was exceptional. The location is great, right beside the Castellet and the Little Mermaid.

The property was very clean and extremely spacious. The location was fabulous and just very comfortable overall. Stunning rooms, bathroom and kitchen. The information given to us in the information guide was very useful and easy to use as well!
The only thing I would say is the shower is very slippery upon first entry. I slipped on the first night and fell pretty badly. Its unfortunate as the shower is lovely and fine once you’re in, just have to be careful getting in at first!

The apartment is very well located, within walking distance to many tourist attractions. It is very cozy and welcoming. The couch turns into a comfortable double bed. I appreciated the quality and cleanliness of the bed sheets and towels and the fact that we found everything we needed in the apartment (soap, shower gel, dishwashing soap and tabs, coffee tabs for the Nespresso machine). The online guide is extremely clear and useful.

Huge space, very clean, facilities excellent. Very good communication with the owners and perfect instructions for entering the property.
First 2 nights were calm and peaceful. The last 3 nights (over the weekend) we heard sooooo much walking around and feet thumping above us, constantly. Such a shame, as it's a really pleasant place to stay. If the floorboards are this poor, I felt the price was too high, as it was highly frustrating for more than half our stay.

very clean and cosy, excellent heating. really nice bathroom. staff were excellent and replied promptly, also allowing us to check in several hours early free of charge.

The apartment is amazing. It has everything you might need and it's only 10-15 minutes away from the city centre on foot. There are 2 supermarkets at less then 5 minutes away from the apartment. The rooms are great, the host were friendly, there's really not a single bad thing I can say about this location.

The location, facilities exactly as shown on photographs, clean, simply everything you need and everything to a good standard. We only stayed 3 nights but could happily stay for longer when we next have time for a longer vacation.
No negative issue whatsoever.

The location is perfect, everything in walking distance.
The floor upstairs was vacant the first night but was occupied the next, had someone very loud, and could hear every footsteps in the early morning and midnight :( also may be the humidity of the rooms was too low.. maybe the heating needs some adjustments, everything else was just awesome.

It is a nice, modern, functional and well furnished apartment. It was clean and comfortable with a large bathroom and fast wifi.
There was no airconditioning, just one standing fan in the living room which was inadequate in the summer heat for the 2 rooms. The design of having the only toilet and bathroom in one space was quite constraining for a family of five. Also didn't quite like the DIY model. There was no person to physically interface with. All contacts with the reception was via email.

Great location in Copenhagen. close to Little Mermaid en Royal Palace. Nice clean appartement with 2 nice bedrooms, spacious livingroom and kitchen. Bathroom is nice and very large
You miss a closet in 1 of bedrooms to put your clothes. Parking in street is very expensive. Kitchenwear is limited as miss some sharp knives. Also miss extractor hood which makes cooking sometimes smelly.

Liked the location. The beds were super comfy, and we appreciated the fans. Liked the well stocked the kitchen supplies.
No air conditioning for the one hot week in Denmark.😂
