I would not say I really liked anything, but I have no complaints other that the security incident I mention in the "what didn't you like" section. The security incident was so disturbing and concerning that it overshadowed everything else.
I had set up a pin for my room's locker as soon as I checked into the hotel on day one and was using it to keep some documents. One day, when I came back to the room in the afternoon, I found my room's locker open and the pin reset to default. Though none of the contents were missing, I reported the incident to the hotel front desk. The hotel's staff and the security manager came to my room after some time and tried their level best to convince me that I must have left it open before leaving. I told them that I was a 100% sure that I had locked it before leaving and double checked it as well. I had locked it in the presence of my wife, so we were very very sure. However, the hotel staff brushed the incident under the carpet and were not able to offer any explanation. The only thing they could offer is to "allow" me to vacate the property if I so desired. They also told me that they would not be cleaning my room that point forward unless I was personally present there. I was in a good mood to vacate the property, but I could not since the spot booking rates of rooms available in other hotel hotels at that point in time were very high. This incident left a bitter taste in mouth and stay wasn't comfortable, felt insecure in the place that point forward.

It’s near to the Al Seef water front and the hotel itself is has a very nice ambience especially the Lobby area.
I wish the room is big and spacious

Chambre petite mais fonctionnelle.
Proche al seef pour balade le soir au bord du rive.
Un peu galère pour accéder aux places de parking de l'hôtel car partagé. Il faut tourner pour trouver les emplacements prévus.
Ensuite accès direct à l'hôtel.
20mn du centre ville mais proche de deira.

Location is good for people who wants quiet place
Staff -even we already in front of them they dnt ask how they help us .

I complained about room telephone not working. Fixed once. Again not working. It did not work during my full stay.

The Japanese restaurant nextdoor is great. The room is adequate for a short stay. The reception area has a cool vibe.
Have a few suggestions:
1) recommend to have more glass cups for breakfast service (it was unpleasant to have to drink water out of a paper cup).
2) the breakfast was not great, recommend to have more options and better quality
3) recommend for the reception and food service staff to have more training on being polite, friendly and helpful
4) To improve the security in the covered parking (I was harassed by a man claiming to be a car washer but he was not wearing a uniform). It was unpleasant.
5) To improve the signage for the hotels covered parking entrance and the reception.

Location was excellent. Just a small walk to al seef creek. Metro burjuman station is also 5 min walk away.
Breakfast was bad. Also our room had some issue like shower was very slow, it was fixed though. Room had automated switches but it was malfunctioning. Lights would go on and off automatically and it was not looked into even after complaining.

Siamo tornati per la seconda volta in questo hotel perché ci eravamo trovati bene e ci piaceva la zona. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo.
Purtroppo il servizio generale questa volta è stato molto inferiore alla nostra precedente visita. Check in lento, ci hanno fatto attendere più di 20 minuti, e non c'erano altre persone prima di noi. Arrivati in camera segnalo che il tappeto era sporco di caffè, lo segnalo e mi dicono che avrebbero sistemato. Nessuno ha mai provveduto. Il terzo giorno alle 9 il ragazzo che puliva le camere bussa e urla "housekeeping" , apriamo, dice qualcosa in non so che lingua e passa a bussare tutte le camere del corridoio, tutte con spia rossa ( non disturbare). In ogni caso la sera nessuno aveva rifatto la camera o cambiato gli asciugamani pur con la spia verde fuori dalla porta che indicava di rifare la camera. Colazione ripetitiva.

The cleaning staff didn't charge dental kits daily and also our room ran out of shampoo but they forgot to top it up.
Room floor was not being cleaned daily which is the must-done item in every hotel.

Близко к метро и к туристическим местам этого района. Очень крутой завтрак с возможностью поесть и вегетаринцу. Бронировали отель с бассейном, а по факту там не были ни разу) в номер каждый день ставили две бутылочки воды, что тоже очень хорошо!
Единственный минус, который я увидела в отеле - это полностью закрытые окна. В номере был тежелый воздух, но к нему привыкаешь

Вполне хороший вариант по соотношению цена-качество. Условия проживания немного спартанские. Очень простой номер с претензией на лофт дизайн. Завтрак достаточно однообразный и выбор небольшой, но поесть можно. Порадовала вафельница, в которой самостоятельно можно приготовить себе свежие вафли. Расположение прекрасное, огромная прогулочная зона вдоль набережной с благоустроенной территорией и множеством кафе и ресторанов.
Немного шумно, но это объяснимо, потому что в отеле много семей с детьми. Невозможно открыть окна для проветривания, сами окна прозрачные без отражающего покрытия, то есть с улицы видно все, что происходит в номерах. Этого можно избежать, закрыв окно плотными рулонными шторами, но пришлось повозиться, чтобы вернуть их в направляющие.

No room service, in-room dining, breakfast buffet was great however I wish there was scrambled eggs. Munni of front office was good but not that customer service-y? She could have informed us with everything we needed to know like pool and breakfast timings, wifi password, etc. instead of us asking. Not a biggie but it would be great if she can inform rather than customers asking. 😀

TUDO!!!!! ♥️ Café da manhã maravilhoso, uma mistura de café da manhã americano com comida em um tempero indiano sem igual! Que arroz, macarronada e iogurte incríveis, fora todo o resto. Que saudade desse hotel! Pertinho do Al Seef, o bairro mais charmoso de Dubai. O quarto e os banheiros são muito modernos, com muito espaço e muito conforto! O cama estava maravilhosa e isso é ruim porque dá até preguiça de sair da cama para passear! 😅 tinha até creme hidratante. A piscina era maravilhosa, temperatura super agradável, não dava vontade de sair! Que saudades desse hotel, que saudade! O mesmo preço de hoteis caindo aos pedaços aqui no Brasil só que este é M A R A V I L H O S O!🥰
Até tentei lembrar de alguma coisa, mas.. ah Lembrei havia uma certa fila para pegar o capuccino na qual o café era moído na hora, uma delícia! 😋 que saudade desse hotel!

I booked for 3 rooms,as i thought it would be a great stay. My family hate the approach of the lady assigned at CU restaurant when we had our breakfast...She was profiling my cousin,who just went down for breakfast FOR THE FIRST TIME after having a sleepless night with their newborn ang 2 year old toddler..he has been in his calmest..despite her being rude..
I think your beds got bed bugs,my kids has multiple itch in the morning

The staff service were awful, I booked the hotel for my family but I really get disappointed for such a hotel in Dubai, my father is handicapped and the staff didn’t respect that, they were not helpful especially the receptionist one unprofessional manner, I will never ever go back to these hotel and I don’t recommend anyone to go there

Комнаты немного меньшего размера, чем я ожидала и слышно было соседей через стену, что дало немного дискомфорта.

Very accommodating to our late check in as our flight arrived after midnight. Rooms were spacious and comfy. Breakfast was great! Was a shame we were in a rush and couldn’t stay longer!
