Clean and modern

Layout of executive suite. Had to go up stairs to fill the kettle to have to boil it downstairs and have a cup of tea. Phone did not work on lower level. No answer from reception, room service or any connection during night service as only one member of staff on duty for whole hotel.

The breakfast was excellent and there is a lot of choice. The staff is super friendly! They are always there for you and they always find a solution for your problems. And they are always with great humour!

There could have been something in the breakfast that would switch all 2 days or something for more variety. And they could do something to the clima in the room on the last floor. The room was fantastic only the clima was a little low it was always warm inside:(

Some design is not so comfortable in some sense like glass wall of the shower room, glass door of the toilet...

I was given a small room in a corner, at the end of a small corridor and had to keep using my torchlight to locate the card reader. Not much amenities: no coffee machine, no water given, no iron, there is a bath but you can't use it (no explanation but most probably to save water, which is fine). But worst part was being on top of the aerial subway that keeps passing just below the hotel. Couldn't sleep until very late in the night. So overall average value for money...

Very convenient place and location, close to The Hague centre as well as the station. Professional staff and a good and clean room. Wifi worked seamlessly. Basically everything you need on a business stay.

The area tends to feel a bit deserted given that not many people walk the streets here and there are many office buildings and high-rises around. Perhaps also because of this, the hotel feels a little bit anonymous. That said, this is a perfect place to stay when you need a convenient place to stay on business.

No service not clean room empty bar and expensive

The hotel has a good location, about 10 to 15 minutes walk to the Haag Centrel station, restaurants etc. You could also take the tram which is very close to the hotel. Excellent breakfast to start the day. Very friendly and helpful staff.

I found that the room needed some renovation, maintenance.

There isn't a whole lot happening around there, so you definitely need to walk or take the tram to get to shops/restaurants/bars. Couldn't leave the dog in the hotel room alone but couldn't bring her down to the breakfast room. So we had to take turns eating breakfast which wasn't ideal especially for solo travelers.

Standard business hotel with no surprises.

Will be better that instead of 2 individual beeds as a queen, we get an actual queen size bed

The room was spacious and comfortable. There was enough room for us and our dog. The room was quiet despite being next to a busy road (you need to keep the windows shut though). The hotel was well located in proximity to stations. The city centre was just 2 stops away. The hotel and staff were dog friendly.

Everything was very good. The breakfast was a bit pricey though. My partner was vegan, he found some simple vegan options.

For the nth time, the hotel is continuously deteriorating. The furniture is getting old and worn down. My bathroom sink was cracked. Also, the internet is insufferable at times. I only continue to stay here for the location (which is great for business travelers), and the gym (for which access used to be free when I first started staying here, now you have to pay for it). Other than these 2 reasons, there are other options within the same price range that are significantly better.

Really close to the tram station, great views, comfortable.

Very clean. Vegan options at breakfast. Comfy mattress. Great black out curtains. Powerful shower.

Air conditioning made the air too dry. Pillows were small and one of the two supplied had very little filling in it so gave limited support.
