The location was good.

The furniture and kitchen equipment were outdated. The parking fee was not included in the price and it wasn't mentioned on booking.

The location is great. Pizza at pool bar is lovely. Staff were friendly as well.

The beds were so hard, we couldn't sleep on them. We had to use the sofa bed in the living area. My back was broke after one night sleeping in those beds. We were there for 5 days and had to rewash our towels the hotel provided for the bathroom as the hotel do not provide clean ones during your stay. They leave you 2 toilet rolls and then you have to buy your own after that! They do not clean your room and leave you a little box with cleaning products to clean your own room. Thought the 200 euro holding deposit was abit steep as well.

The area is good for restaurants, bars and the beach.

We arrived at 10am to be told at reception if we didn't upgrade to a Seaview room we wouldn't be able to check-in until 5pm. We had been up all night as we had an early flight so we just paid the money as we were shattered. We paid €200 deposit which was taken of my bank account straight away. Even though it shows pending on your account it has been taken of your balance. We have been back 6 days and still haven't received our deposit back. We left the apartment spotless. The Seaview room we were allocated was a joke You had to stand sideways and look over the balcony. Don't be bullied into paying €65 to upgrade. It's not worth it. The rooms are very tired. We have been here before but we won't be returning anytime soon. I didn't complain at the time as we were told the hotel was full as it was a bank holiday weekend. Lesson learned. Book somewhere else.

Rooms were very clean and the staff were very helpful.

That you have to take your own rubbish out, it would be easier if this was included in the price.

The apartment was clean and tidy and had all basic ameneties. Well lit, warm and cosy.

The bed was quite uncomfortable and it was quite small for 2 adults and 2 kids. The lady on reception was lovely but was on her own and rushed off her feet. Maybe another member of staff on a Saturday night might be a good idea

No oven. A complimentary tea/coffee would have been nice. We arrived late and all supermarkets were closed

I found my room to bright spacious and warm. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom towels and bed linen changed regularly. I had a se view and south facing room which was excellent with plenty of sun in the morning. The room overlooked the pool. The cafeteria was good for coffee and snacks and the staff very polite. The hotel is in a great location close to the beach restaurants and the Mercadona supermarket.

Not much. The staff are very friendly so no complaints. This is my third time staying at the hotel and will return. The hotel is very quiet and you never hear any noise during the night. You get the feeling the the staff at reception are always around to help and have lots of local knowledge.

Apartment was nice, good size, balcony with sunlight in the morning, plenty of space.

I really didn't feel welcome from the first moment I set foot there. I was looking for a comfy place to stay with family before their flight. I was not only asked for a deposit of a few times over what I paid for the room for one night, the whole hotel was just uninviting. Each of us was asked for passports which is a first. I felt I was being treated like an intruder. . From the deposit (which I consider ridiculous, that's what you pay for, accidents happen, if a cup breaks or something, it is ridiculous that that is not covered. If I vandalise something that's a different story) to the hangers without hooks in the wardrobe and additional charges for the smallest things. . The apartment was clean, but not where it mattered - when I wanted to take a bath and looked inside, there was A LOT of mold on the frame of the shower shield on the inside of the bathtub and the bathroom smelled like mold the moment any water was used in the bathroom. So unhealthy. I would never choose to stay there again. Never.

Very filthy bathroom which has not been properly cleaned for a long time.It put me off taking a shower.

Amazing location, staff are very kind. The apartment was in perfect condition and contained all the necessary utensils, the rooms are very spacious. What you see in the pictures is what you get! Very happy, will visit again soon!

Reasonable living area, small but sufficient kitchen, separate bedroom and bathroom.

The mattress/bed was too hard and the pillows could have been better. Cleaning, changing towels & bedding was only every 4 days.
