Excellent emplacement (à 10 minutes à pied du musée égyptien) et beaucoup de style pour cet ancien palais du 19e siècle; magnifiques jardins et très grande piscine chauffée, belle salle de fitness; belle vue sur jardins et vue partielle sur le Nil (chambre au 16e étage; hôtel très calme (ce qui n’est pas le cas pour tous les hôtels en période de ramadan); literie super confortable; personnel très aimable, prévenant et efficace; vaste choix pour le petit déjeuner; efficacité et amabilité du concierge pour l’organisation des excursions; la carte des vins propose entre autres des bons vins égyptiens à des prix raisonnables;

C’est un grand hôtel (plus de 1000 chambres) et on s’y perd un peu au début (peut-être améliorer la signalisation à l’intérieur de l’hôtel?) Qualité correcte mais inégale des plats servis dans les divers restaurants;

1.Location, not an easy in - out location 2.A lot of single teenagers, make it not a family friendly hotel 3.Old building 4.Has two towers, one called Alzamalek (not realy good) the other one is AlJazeerah (slightly better!) 5.We asked for none smoking room, the full floor has a tense cigarette smell!
