The deluxe room, the excellent housekeeping team, the breakfast choices and location

Not everywhere in the breakfast area was totally spotless..drink spillages on "clean" tables and the presence of a food waste trolley in the middle of the tables

Amazing service. Everything. The rooms were amazing with a special Seaview. We had a free upgrade and enjoyed a lot also the comfort of the beds and breakfast. The pools and the sky bar. I had also a issue with a party in Malta and the manager Youssra helped me immediately to solve the problem and get a refund of my booking. Hotel looks like a cruise ship. Everything perfect. Highly recommended!!

Anything everything was perfect.

Great for families - perfect location, many good restaurants nearby. Bus stop in front of the hotel - bus to Valletta, Medina, Beach, Airport… so cery good connected. Definitely recommended.

Staff at reception was not the best - got responses like ‘you can check this on our webpage’ or ‘you can ask our AI assistance when you scan this code’. Also one staff was telling us several tkmes please leave a good review with my name… honestly, good staff des not need to say that - they get good reviews automatically. Still stay was 10/10 - this negative point is just a side note.

The room was very good, The roof floor view was nice. Foods and drinks were so-so.

Someone hacked your website and gain access to all of my personal data, according to GDPR you were responsible for the data safety, even when I informed you about this security incident via booking.com chat, you simply deleted the chat history without any response !!! Swimming pool was small and dirty (specially the one in the underground floor), Gym was small with low facilities. Roof floor was half functional and not clean.
