Breakfast was excellent. In inclusion of dinner in the price made the stay excellent value.

Excellent location right on the harbourside in Tromsø with lovely views from the dining room. The room was big, spotlessly clean and the bed was comfortable. It was very quiet even given its central location. The evening meal which was included in the cost of the room was tasty. Free tea and coffee available 24/7. Overall excellent value for money and I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

Parking is a joke, this hotel advertises private parking available, but it cannot be reserved in advance - on arrival I got to know the parking is fully booked and I had to pay for public parking. This is not fair because I selected this hotel due to parking "available". I wanted to book neighboring hotel but they were honestly saying they had no parking. Breakfast is another joke - it is included in the room price but on Sunday it starts at 8:00 am, while at this time I had to be at the airport already. I asked for takeaway breakfast and I was proposed one but extra charged. That's the first time I experienced something like this.

The hotel was so refreshing and committed to complete customer satisfaction on all fronts. The service of the staff was exceptional in terms of helpfulness, cheerfulness and courtesy. The hotel is generous in providing complimentary coffee and tea all round the clock from their coffee/ tea vending machine placed conveniently close to the reception. They provide tea coffee and cakes between 3 and 5 pm and the breakfast and dinner is lavish too ( all included in the price of the hotel) Excellent location for starting point to all tours and transportation.

The restaurant was being renovated and we had to go across the street for our meals.

The location and the restaurant/ breakfast staff were amazing.

The fact that cleaning had to be paid and booked extra. The lack of flexibility making us pay a soup to go plus a slice of bread although our booking had dinner included.

The hotel, the meal was good.

I'd like to ask cold breakfast it wasn't only if I paid extra money.

We liked everything starting from entering the hotel until we left. The best thing was every meal is included and the tea/coffee/water bar was open 24/7. Also the staff was perfect and very kind. One of the best thing about the kitchen was that there were options that include vegan and gluten free meals and indications for them.

The location, rooms, staff and food was excellent.

The location was close to city center and all meeting points for trips/activities. The food was good and is very convenient that the hotel provides both breakfast and dinner, as you may save a lot of time and money. The room was nice, pretty small but comfortable.

The hotel is very centrally located and the staff are very attentive and friendly

There is no wardrobe. The bed is too soft and the room has too much heat which cannot be adjusted manually. The breakfast is great, the dinner is not good.

The value for money of this hotel is exceptional, considering that Norway is one of the most expensive countries in Europe
