The room was lovely, staff went above and beyond for us. We had a lovely stay

The other rooms doors opening and closing sadly is really loud but the hotel can't do much about that

Tvennt sem mig langar að benda á: Sturtan er frekar kraftlaus og óþægileg. Má vera betri og kraftmeiri. Morgunmaturinn er fínn en mætti vera meira úrval sem og það vantar meira úrval af áleggjum á brauð. Sérstaklega brauðost. Oft röð í ristavél og kaffivél.

La pantalla de TV en la habitación estaba muy baja. Deben de reubicar mas alto. La ducha era un desastre muy difícil de maniobrar no podía regular el agua caliente y fria a mi gusto

Location, super easy to get to everywhere from this hotel. Staff and room service were great.

Two bibles in my room. It’s a deal breaker if I see them again. Tech is outdated, and there are some funky plug sockets that need upgrading to this century.

The room was mazing. Clean and plenty of room to move about. Iron and ironing board was a bonus. Water was always hot from the tap and shower. Location was fantastic, a stone throw from Lime Street train station, Plenty of good bars and restaurants nearby. The staff were very helpful, polite and nothing was to much for them. If I go to Liverpool again, this is the hotel I will be staying in.

A lovely, warm, cosy hotel... had a brilliant few days with the family. All staff were lovely, esp both guys at breakfast we had this week. Lovely lil bar in hotel. Nice and cosy also. Staff at bar very nice. Cant wait to return. My son used the gym and he loved it.esp on wet days it passed time for him. Food was amazing in hotel. Great location the hotel is in, minutes walk from everywhere.

The location allows you to get around easily. It’s also very close to the train station if you are traveling by train to Liverpool. The staffs were always happy to help us. Very nice, clean, and comfortable bed.

Unfortunately, the toilet didn’t flush properly have to flush it a few times. For breakfast, there were many choices for you to choose from. But the tables and chairs, most of them always have some bread crumbs and the cutlery or cups on the tables, there always were something missing. I think they should clean it and make sure they are set up properly before letting the hotel guests sit there :(

Good location. The cleaning staff we met in the hallways were very friendly.

We stayed 3 nights. We were told that there would be no housekeeping included - if we wanted to have the room cleaned while we stayed there it would be an additional change. With four of us staying in the room the carpet soon got grubby with crumbs. On check-in the staff were not friendly. I can't say that they were rude but they were extremely short with us.

Location is excellent close to train station, theatre and shops. Bed and pillows very comfortable.

Had a wedding at the hotel and it was so well managed by all involved. We were so impressed and humbled by how well everyone looked after us and would definitely highly recommend it.

The location was to dream for! On the outskirts but in the middle of everything you need. Shopping, eateries, sightseeing and all you could ever wish for in walking distance. I loved the column in the lobby with all of the places to see and their distance.

There was not a lobby or sitting area but the restaurant and bar was sufficient when you wanted to be out of the room. It also did not have a fridge for leftovers.

Breakfast was excellent. Very nice room. Chef was available to make omelets etc.

What we didn't like was a) NO washclothes were available (none!) b) water pressure was low c) shower water temp would fluctuate and d) toilet wouldn't flush completely! Very very annoying! Had to flush multiple times!
