Location & friendly staff: Kati Salminen - the manager & Marina, Front Desk reception, were very accommodating. Breakfast buffet was a ‘wow’ for me! We were impressed. All major sites were a 15 min. walk max from the hotel & great to catch the train to the airport right there.
It would get warm in the evenings despite turning the temp to max low.

O café damanhã é muito bom com bastante variedade inclusive para pessoas vegetarianas ou veganas. A localização é excelente, é fácil de chegar para quem vem de trem do aeroporto ou de outra cidade. A equipe do hotel foi fantástica e nos forneceu todo auxílio que precisamos durante nossa estadia. Com certez voltaria a me hospedar neste hotel .
Na verdade nada me desagradou.

Localização muito conveniente, pertíssimo da estação de comboios, do tram e do metro, bem no centro da cidade.
Fantástico pequeno-almoço, farto e muito variado, fresco, com produtos locais e internacionais, além de opções vegan e sem glúten.
Nada a referir.

Everything was great. Excellent location right next to the train station and very close to a tram stop. Friendly and helpful staff, nice clean room with good facilities, comfy and warm bed, TV and wifi were all good. Bathroom had a lovely big mirror and shelf, and a bath too which was unexpected. Good breakfast options and very tasty food at the restaurant, was a little pricey but I suppose that's to be expected. I don't know where they source the glögi at the bar but it was the tastiest in town. The extremely friendly woman with grey hair in charge of the restaurant/bar deserves a raise for putting a smile on our faces each night.
The kettle could've been cleaner, and we didn't find any option to only get room cleaning when we needed it. I've seen it in every other hotel I've stayed at in Finland in recent years, there's usually a door hanger to leave out when you want service. It saves a lot of energy and money.

I wanted to stay close to the railway station to catch the train next day to the airport. The trains to the airport leave just behind the hotel. The room was nice, clean and spacious. Excellent breakfast and nice lobby.

Kindness of the Rumanian lady at reception. Great person!
There were lots of hairs in three of the four pillows we had. Besides, they were worn and filthy. Also, the bathroom floor, in particular, had not been either hoovered or washed, for some time! DISGUSTING!!

The location was super great! Really central. Breakfast was delicious. Despite it being in a noisy area the rooms were very well sound proofed.
I didt quite like the beds. You cant turn off the AC, it is centrally controlled. There was no toilet brush in the room what is quite strange. And also no safe.

The location is top. Everything is easy to reach, many sights even by walking. There is a 24h supermarket just next to the hotel. The hotel has a sauna which is open from 5pm until 10pm. The breakfast was reasonably rich. There is a bike rental just in front of the hotel which is one of the best ways to easily get around in the city. I would choose this hotel again on my next stay in Helsinki.
The hotel looks somewhat aged. However, everything is clean and value for money is very good.

Location great as it is situated next to the train station from the airport. A little way out of the other main attractions.
Although next to the station the room was very quiet.
Cleanliness - lots of dirt under the bed and the cups weren't washed in the morning for the next day.
Facilities in the room no fridge or fresh milk and only berry flavoured tea bags. Kettle didn't work in the plug next to it but did in the plug by the bed.
No room service. We arrived after 10.30pm having had nothing to eat and the only thing available was an old sandwich in the fridge in the bar.
Incidentally - I gave the same feedback to the hotel questionnaire but it would not let me submit it.

Location is excellent.
The sauna is very small. fortunately, when I went with my friends, it was just the 4 of us. it'd have been very awkward to have other hotel guests in there too.

Location, location and location, it's super close to shopping centre, tram, metro, train station, nothing else you can ask for. Breakfast was great too. Quite vegan friendly and not what I expected.
No slipper in the room until I asked from the reception downstair. The water pressure of the shower is terrible. The room is not well in sound proofing.
