Se podría mejorar el agua caliente en el baño... Sale caliente pero muy poca y la television solo tenia un canal en español... Posiblidad de Amazon Prime sería estupendo.

Our stay was excellent from the moment we arrived at the hotel thanks to the superfriendly receptionist Ana, who was extremely helpful and always smiling- thank you so much, you are doing an amazing job:) Our room was everything we could wish for, it was very spacious, with a balcony and garden view, large, comfortable bed, massive wardrobe. The bathroom was big and fully equipped, daily cleaning service was provided. A very important thing was that we could relax in complete comfort and peace after an intensive day trekking as the hotel was very quiet and in an excellent location-you couldn't hear anything from the corridor or surrounding rooms. Parking is very convenient, there are parking spaces directly outside and also in the underground carpark. It was also very handy to have a big supermarket close to the hotel. The hotel itself had a large garden full of beautiful flowers which smelt wonderful. Breakfast was another highlight with a very warm welcome from Tania who was always is a great mood and responded immediately to any requests. She was always happy to help and always managed to find time to speak to the customers. Food was very good and fresh with a great amount of choice from continental to English breakfast and fresh fruit daily, the restaurant itself had really pleasant surroundings with general seating inside and outside. Another highlight was a supercute cat Tadeo who comes to the restaurant at breakfast time just to say hello :) We were very pleased with our stay and fully intend to come back :) Thank you :)

Perfect stay in a beautifull appartment just outside of Funchal, very friendly staff (especcially the lovely girl from the reception) and comfy beds. The hotel has a perfect swimmingpool, sauna and delicious restaurant. There is even a parking garage under the hotel. Highly recommended!

there was a little leakage in the corridor and in the room are to less power points for elektric.

The room is large and spacious. From the room on the lower floor there is a view of the beautiful garden. A very tasty and varied breakfast. Parking is comfortable, on site hotel (not covered) at the entrance.

if you aren't looking for place to overnight - take it. Nothing more. Parking lots in front of the hotel (if ever full, there is also public parking nearby). View of the city. It was a beautiful backyard and garden, but it looked like no one had improved anything there in recent years. The jungle. Breakfast as a bonus that it is offered

The cleanliness of the rooms is unsatisfactory. A bathroom full of insects. I would recommend making sure that the bathroom furniture is not already overgrown with mold (because it is made of wooden plywood). Feeling as if you were back in time in the 70s+. There was a choice for breakfast, but we didn't risk anything from vegetables and fruits - withered, half-dried. It looked like from the previous days. But the view for breakfast and the atmosphere is pleasant. A visual improvement is needed and the hotel would be reborn.
