Big noises from air condition and outside.

Very good location, walking distance from the city centers and had a 7/11 across the street. Good room size and big beds. Breakfast was also decent. Can’t complain!

Wifi was terrible in our room, connection would not work. Shower head was semi broken as well

Dirty, loud and smelly. Didn't stay there, fortunately the hotel staff reimbursed me.

Good hotel but the address is not correct in Booking, when I used maps the application moved me to incorrect location. Then I called the hotel to get the address and finally they give me correct address and after a hour I can arrived to hotel.

Rooms don't seem properly cleaned, excessive weird bleach smell on bed linings, building is old but they charge as a new hotel, infrastructure seems lacking, elevators are old.

The location is in the very heart of old town Monterrey, and conveniently next to CAS (for US Visa). Underground parking is free and extremely convenient. The rooms are big and the beds are very comfy.

The place needs an URGENT renovation. The bathroom and the AC are falling into pieces. The common areas look also very old and the place overall is poorly maintained. Cleaning could be also a bit better. Breakfast is just OK (for 1 or 2 days, after that, I would probably go out to eat) and I was very pissed off to see they charge extra for an omelette.

Pool needs remodeling

When I made the reservation the breakfast was included, but at the restaurant I had to pay $75.00 pesos extra per person. The swimming pool was not in service. The maid did not clean the room very well.
