Location perfect.
Stains on the carpet. But otherwise very clean.
Shower screen broken as well.

Top location in Leura village. Easy walking to everything we needed, and we had free, secure, undercover parking. The generous quiet and studio was comfortable with a bed, table and chairs, kitchen, fridge and large ensuite (with shower). Fast free WiFi. Leura is a lovely place. This unit is modern and secure, and suited us.

Location was great - quiet but very close to the main street and the train.

The location and bed were really good
The room was clean but a bit grubby - I did not want to walk bare foot on the carpet.
the main issue was however that the building is share residents and tourists. Our room was on a shared little key locked hall way and laundry with a resident who came alive during the night and was not very clean. dirty laundry in the laundry and hall, door slamming during the night etc.

The room was well-equipped, including kettle, toaster and microwave. A very comfortable bed. Nice large shower.
Leura is an attractive little town.
The request to complete a Pre Check-in form was quite unreasonable, as it involved uploading a photo and a signature. No way would I do that!
Our room was on the first floor, and the car parking is in the basement, so it involved carrying luggage up and down two flights of stairs.

Awesome location for the Blue Mountains.
A fully equipped kitchen - enough to make our week long stay very comfortable.
Staff on arrival was super - very friendly and enthusiastic.
Handy to supermarket - just a short walk for supplies.
Great value for money.
The road outside was constantly busy and noisy, which was a surprise for us.
This meant that we couldn't have the ranch slider or windows open.

Me and my wife and great stay here, great location, rooms where big and it had a mini kitchen which was useful
April was also very helpful and made us feel at home as soon as we checked in. This resulted in us staying an extra night.

Double glazing great, eliminating road and rail noise

Some kitchen cupboard doors missing (broken off)
White sheer curtains were grey from not being washed
No cutting board in kitchen for food preparation

Conveniently & easily located as close to train station & short walk to main street. Clean comfortable room with basic facilities.
Sound proofing not the best as it's easy to hear the TV from other rooms & on ground floor the garage door is a little noisy.

pots and pans not clean enough to use
crockery and cutlery were put in dishwasher on a long hot cycle before using them

The accommodation was budget friendly, as compared to other accommodation in the area. It was close to the main shopping area, and had the pub and restaurants within walking distance. Accommodation had secure undercover parking.
Accommodation was a little run down, and the small kitchen and bathroom could do with renovating. There was very little bench space in the kitchenette. The kettle was on top of the microwave which leaked. No exhaust in the bathroom. Our room was upstairs and it was difficult to get up the stairs and negotiate all the doors to get to the room. We shared a laundry and our neighbour who was constantly using the drier making our room full of condensation. The fire alarm kept beeping despite the battery being changed by management, hopefully this problem is fixed now.
