Room was large and spacious. The small table and chairs were good as was the mini kitchen. The bed was very comfortable and as there were no comfy chairs we spent a lot of time there.

Shower head and the fact it was in a bath a mat would have helped, a couple of comfy chairs would have been appreciated

dirty. E.g. pots were not washed (see photo). Falling apart. Old, cheap, broken forniture. Careless furnished and maintained. E.g. the shower is kept up with a rope. The bed headboard is mounted only partially because it does not fit between the electric plugs. Instead of changing the headboard or extending the plug with a cable, they left the headboard hanging and crooked... (see photo). I pointed out that the batteries of the fire alarm were exhausted. They did not bother to replace it.

Location near the center and the river. Convenient parking nearby. Clean room, simply decorated with everything needed. I like to have the small kitchen. Great breakfast selection and nice atmosphere. Special mention to the reception Alina, very helpful and welcoming.

This location is perfect! A couple minutes from the river, the tram, main shops & squares... you couldn't wish for a better location. Pricing was extremely reasonable, especially compared to other properties. You get a small fridge, a stove, microwave, lots of cutlery etc -- really enough to be self-sufficient for quite a long time. The room is spacious, bright with big windows which open so you have a pseudo "balcony". The bed & pillows are comfy, the shower water pressure was great. Staff were friendly, and entering the building was simple (through a code) after 9pm. A perfect stay, honestly!

If you're thinking about parking your car at the hotel, definitely request it as soon as you book -- they don't have enough space for everyone. We parked at the Esplanade parking (which is 10 minutes walking from the hotel and is completely free, just non-monitored -- definitely worth it if you don't leave any valuables in your car).

Quiet rooms, good location close to parking and city centre, excellent price.

Helpful, friendly reception staff & the place is in a great location near the centre of town & for a walk by the river. Rooms are decent - all the basics are good & the place is kept clean. Good spot for a short stay

Location, room, attention - all fine!

Top location, good breakfast and very nice and polite stuff. Studios are large and warm with big windows. It is clean. Breakfast room is wonderfull decorated and food is nice. Studios have small kitchenette with refrigerator.

Bed in our room was not on same level on both side, in the middle is lowest, not much, but it is visible, and not comfortable as you expect.
