Das man keine neueren Fernseher hat für den Preis kann man auch schon wenigstens einen Flachbild TV mit Netflix , YouTube und alles anderem erwarten

Only the restaurant.
The staff is very rude and unfriendly. When I arrived the 2 girls at reception didn't even greet me. They proved to be lazy and unprofessional. Also racist, I spoke to them in English and they answered me in German. BAD EXPERIENCE. Hotel is ok although very old.

Die Lage im Grünen und trotzdem gleich in der Stadt.Sind schon oft und gern im Mercure gewesen.
Das Zimmer ist nicht gesaugt worden bevor wir es bezogen.

Quiet. Manager offered 20%discount due to filthy bathroom and ensured to bring the poor service up with their cleaners. Staff was generally friendly.

Bathroom obviously wasn’t cleaned properly.

the place is wonderful, the view sensational, the surroundings more than pleasant, very easy to reach by car.
The hotel is no longer as neat as before. It has lost its 3 star hotel class. It seems abandoned to a few employees.

Very old hotel, smells bed, location isn’t convenient. Hotel was just to sleep overnight in our long route to France, but really unpleasant place, feels dirty.

All the above. Great location, good food and breakfast, very friendly staff.
As it is a smoker friendly establishment (hello Germany), some of our bedding was infused with cigarette smell, even if we were in a non smoking room.
