Everything you need in a hotel room for two adults and 2 kids! We were all in one room, but with 2 twins and a queen, it was very comfortable. Simple but with charm, friendly desk staff and good value. Very good location - walking distance to everything in town and easy bus access. Tight bathroom and pretty big step over the tub to get in the shower - probably not the best for those with limited mobility. Staff was helpful before we arrived and emailed the free transportation cards when we asked.

The recipients team partime gilrl or on duty are both supportive
cleaning rooms staff irresponsible, they left our room as it is for 2 days even we put the sign at 11:45 am, they are contracted and careless, behind the bed and at the corner seems they never touched

we stayed for a night as a family of four before transit.but it was very complete with a small kitchen. there’s no kettle in the room, and the staff borrowed us one. the breakfast was simple and adequate.
Najing the new staff was very helpful friendly and attentive, she saw we have trouble getting bigger Uber since we have lots of luggages she quickly booked one taxi for us.
the room is quite small to open 4 luggages.

Staff was very helpful and quickly responded to requests. Good location close to old city and lake Geneva and transport. We got free transport cards to travel free in Geneva issued by the hotel but through Geneva Transport
Hotel needs a general upgrade/update. Bedroom floor needed cleaning below bedside tables and next to one of the single beds (the staff did clean it when I asked them about it)

we booked a room for 4 adults but one of the beds was a camp bed fitted into a corner of the room in front of a cabinet, not what we considered a four bedded room.

Good location, walking distance from the Old City and the Center. Quiet. Nice staff. Room spacious and clean. Comfortable bed.
Nothing to report. A second towel in the bathroom perhaps, but it was not a big issue.

Room decoration is tasteful. The bathroom seems newly renovated, which is a big plus.
The hotel staff handed one Nespresso pod when checking-in. I had to ask for the 2nd one for my 2nd day of stay while was told that they usually would charge for it... Hotel should be more generous on the number of pods to show hospitality.
