Good Location. Very good servicing staff (room service, room making, restaurant etc)
Very bad lobby and reception staff. Not co-operative at all. Sometimes bit rude, arrogant and not at all accommodative.

Nice location, good hospitality, good breakfast served in the morning and also the property has good restaurants ( chinese delicacies) . Womderful staff.
The property is dated and everything is very old which needs renovation. However the location is eccellent and also the staff. The bar is not crowded and also very dated infrastructure.

Location was good, staff were friendly, property overall was good
Property doesn’t look modern, bathroom shower, toilet and faucets look old. There’s a leak in the shower or toilet the first day but didn’t see the second day though.

I booked 2 rooms and there was a last minute cancellation. I was asked pay because booking.com would charge the hotel. Is it true.
I was surprised that room charges was collected upfront. People didn't communicate with me in advance that I had double booking.
