Bathroom and some parts of the room needed more maintenance. Rust and dirt in the tub. The Bathroom door didn't close properly

The room was so filthy that we didnt even stay for our paid breakfast

Room conditions. Shower was stained and broken. Bathroom and room cleaningless. Overall conditions of the hotel including the reception. Our room was filled with moths and we even found a cockrouch.

I left the place. I asked for a refund. I was offered a slightly better room I stayed for two hours and searched for another hotel

It was an ok breakfast, so many flies!The staff was very nice. The dinner we had was great.

When we booked the room through booking.com the rate we were given was $76.50 for a one night stay. Upon checkin we were charged $161.00. When we asked why it was so much we were told it was all the taxes and extra charges. That's $84.50 for taxes and extra charges. That's more than the hotel room. Robbery! There was mold growing in the bathroom, the decor was very outdated, we tried using the exercise room that looked like it hadn't been updated in 10 years. It was very dirty and some of the equipment wasn't functional.

The garden and some of the staff (the 3 women who attended customers were gentle and nice; however, the man at the reception was rude)

The facilities, particularly the room, need renovation. The attitude of the recepcionist (the male in the staff).
