The location is very awesome and the staff are really friendly, helpful and always smiling
but the rooms and furnitures are very old and not comfy even the bathroom cabinets was broken and very small and the breakfast is not changed every day the same dishes

Staff is friendly and helps you. Hotel next to the beach but a bit far from center.
Breakfast can be improved. No vegetables, minimum fruits... only the pastry is really good.
Bed not comfortable. Position very far from center, beach is private and you must pay - I would have expected better discounts.

Everything from the location of the hotel, the room we stayed in, the parking, breakfast were excellent. We felt very comfortable and not out of place. The staff were exceptionally helpful and kind. They spoke English, although we could manage a little Italian. The location of the hotel is such that you have the beach on one side and the shops, bars, restaurants, pharmacies, and all on the other side of it, across the road. So even if we forgot to bring something, no problem. We had an awesome time. Our stay was too short, next time we will definitely stay longer. We thank the staff and management and congratulate them in their dedication to make their guests welcome!!!

Only thong I didnt like is that the Air conditioner was old and not very effective but other than that everything was perfect especially for this price.

Great location, very beautiful view, great breakfast and the hotel was clean.
Maybe some more parking places would be nice.

- they state that check in time is 12.00, and that was the only reason for us to choose the place. in face we were given the keys at 13.30. they only say excuses making you sit there and wait.
- 3room is really small. much smaller than might imagine by the photos
- a/c is ugly and loud
- balcony floor was dusty
- room floor under the beds was dirty as well
- hotel does not provide the private beach access as advertised, only the discount
- there is no wifi in the room. Small tv was also misfunctioning

Room was small, next to elevator, cramped. Impossible to see the TV due to size and compromised position in the room. Ridiculously loud heating unit.

Beach was near by the hotel. Room was a bit relevant to a couple with a child. Breakfast was wise attending but the coffee.
WiFi wasn't working at all at the entire floor. It would be wise having bigger parking. Elevator was busy enough to do not use it at all.

Noise from next hotel when door from balcony were open. Breakfast near window with view only of "chosen" rooms. No wifi.

All services and behaviour of hotel staff was professional and high level quality. I was afraid of the possibility of the noise, but the rooms were absolutely quite and well air-conditioned. The hotel stands practically on the beach and is suitable for the guests of any age.
Although there is free of charge wifi, the internet connection is too weak in the peak hours.

Excellent Location, On the Beachside, 5 stars for the Wonderful Staff, Full Breakfast buffet. Clean, basic rooms. Sea view is spectacular and parking for a fee.
Bedroom needs renovation. Basic furniture but clean. Windows can use cleaning, specially in the dining area.

Beach is very close and clean, beautiful view from the window to the sea because of glass balcony railing, lots of choice for breakfast, good pillow and comfortable bed, delicious coffee, nice and funny staff. :)
Air condition is old and loud, parking lot is crowded, no WIFI in our room, breakfast eggs and sousage were cold every morning but it was delicious as well.

It was a great experience, especially with the staff. They were so professional and friendly. The rooms are in front of the beach and the view is amazing. The information about tours, transports and the city is clear.
I don't know why, but inside my room, neither WiFi nor my personal 5g Internet worked. Perhaps it was a sort of interference. Thus, my only negative observation is about the difficulty of connecting to the internet.

Parking on site. Location is right on the beach…however, it is “free to look.”
This is a very basic hotel..small rooms even for Europe, and “private” beach means paid and public.
