Nothing.
Room small, dated, poor quality bedding, chipped furniture. Coffee and breakfast was disgusting. I was ill half an hour after eating breakfast.

If you are getting a cruise from Ravenna then this hotel is within a 40 minute walking distance which is good considering the lack of taxis available. The hotel itself is ok. We only stayed for one night and felt comfortable in it. Plus points are the sunbeds and umbrellas at their beach club which come included with the price you pay.
Rooms seem a bit dated but that seems to be the norm throughout Italy.

There are key (not card) for the room, so the room has electricity all day.

Diner suprisingly bad (e.g. 3 pieces of king prawns as main course was 25€)
Lack of furniture in the room (e.g. only 1 chair, 1 hanger).Showerhead was calcareous. The rooms had different equipment in the same category (e.g. one room had table, the other not).

The staff was very nice and helpful. It was in a beautiful location near the beach with a forest between the beach and hotel. It felt very safe. And the grounds were like a beautiful garden with many tables and chairs available.
Maybe I didn't know how to work the air conditioning properly, but the room was not very cool.

The staff were amazing. Always attentive and helpful, the best we have dealt with in our travels. They went above and beyond during our stay. I can’t thank them enough for their help.

Everything. The staff abd owbers are very friendly. The owner is present in the hotel. The price is not very high for a 4 star hotel. The food is good. Location excellent

Staff was very kind and supportive. Although, the hotel is very old, looked kinda cute. The hotel located super close to the sea and all the restaurants you might need. They also had an agreement with one private beach to give umbrella + beach sofa for free.
No vegetables, no greens AT ALL on breakfast due to “lack of people having breakfast”. The hotel is very old and not well-groomed, which you defend you feel.

The staff was very helpful and all spoke good English. Very clean rooms and have been cleaned on a daily basis. The hotel also provides complimentary access to the beach nearby. There is free parking available near the hotel

This is a traditional hotel that treats its guests with professionalism but also personal care. The location and services on the beach are excellent. Outstanding food with superb service by waiting staff. Recommended for an experience of Italy that most foreign tourists don't see.

the location is very close to the beach and as a guest you have access to the aloha beach area, with sun beds and parasols, which was one of the nicer and less busy sections of the beach. the pool was very nice and kept very clean by the pool guy. There was a good selection at breakfast. The bar man on duty during our stay was very polite and efficient.
Its a old fashioned hotel, which we don’t usually mind but the lift didn’t go to the 5th floor where we stayed and the staff only made a half hearted offer to help us with our luggage. The standard rooms are pretty small and although the air con worked it wasn’t great. The bathroom was also very small. Generally everything needed more maintenance - a cupboard door in our room didn’t have a latch and so couldn’t stay closed, the shower door was loose and my partner got stuck in the bathroom as the lock broke (someone came and let him out very quickly but we couldn’t use the lock at all after that - and we weren’t offered any thing by was if compensation, not even a drink at the bar). There was no free water as in other hotels we staying while travelling through Italy or tea/coffee making facilities. The restaurant looked nice but only had a limited selection of dishes, changing daily and they never quite suited our tastes on a particular day do we didn’t eat there. There isn’t much other choice in marina de romea for eating in the evening, so it would have been good it they could also offer some regular menu staples as part of a broader menu.

a great place to stay, bedroom decoration a little different and although basic it was clean, comfortable and the breakfast choice was very good. Pool area was cleaned constantly throughout the day.

Close to the beach. Good breakfast. Good restaurant with italian meals.
Room equipment old. Safe not working. Very small bathroom.
Staff in the restaurant mostly veeeeery slow. Or lazy. Wearing masks under nose. No fruit tea for the breakfast (just black flavoured) was a surprise in 4* hotel. We were not allowed to park on the hotel parking, even when there was free space.

The breakfast is good and the beach is near in the hotel.
The bed matress is a little bit hard and the bathroom is so small.

Extremely polite staff, very clean and comfortable rooms. Beach services included, but you have to get your own beach towel. Nice swimming pool and good breakfast. Recommended!!!

The hotel is a bit dated but the room we got for 3 people was huge - actually 2 bedrooms and a very decent sized en suite (although the shower is really quite small). Staff were very friendly and helpful.
The pillows were flat and hard.
