El personal súper amable y servicial y las habitaciones muy cómodas

La comida ,era pésima muy poca variedad y muy mala calidad la verdad que me decepcionó mucho,por lo demás todo bien.

Food good, plenty of it and choice

First couple of days large queues for drinks, then more staff so bettee

Size of the room and location. Day staff nice.

There were always same food and desserts, poor variety. We expected more Spanish cuisine. That was more similar to English restaurant menu. Evening shows were rubbish, there was only one live music night worth to see. Unprofessional staff performing. There aren't enough chairs to sit outside and we were told off sitting on the grass, the only space available. Most nights we went to sleep early tired of being standing up. Guests using swimming pool deck chairs to rest towels for hours when nobody using them, meanwhile others don't have any to lay on. I booked and paid a room for 3 adults+a child with Booking and when we arrived to hotel reception they made us pay extra for a child.

The room was nice and my sea view was fantastic, pool area was nice and the beer was good.

The food, I had all inclusive and most of it was undercooked or watery. This was the only downside. The other problem I had was the pool was out of order and we could use the hotel’s facilities adjacent to ours. But every sunbed and chair was taken.

The air conditioning was not great. Wish they would give you another pillow on your bed. Buffet was limited but nice

Overall the hotel and the complex was lovely but obviously they were getting ready for the summer with lots of reparation work happening. Some of the staff were absolutely lovely but in general there were a few bar staff that were quite unpleasant and rude almost. Food was good in general although my wife being vegetarian did struggle most days to find something suitable other than pasta and bread and being gluten free didn't really help her cause. Chefs however were lovely, polite and helpful. Room was amazing, clean, spacious and shower over bath was probably best we've ever had for power and water temperature anywhere so that was all good.. Nice to have a fridge in the room as well - bonus!!

Entertainment. Dont really rate bingo and karaoke as hotel standard entertainment - the dance show by the animation team wasn't great and the singing lady was very much geared to Spanish and unfortunately not in key for most. The hotel animation I have to say was very much below standard with poor evening entertainment, especially in an all inclusive development in a quiet part of town so not much else to go and do without having to pay for it. building works going on right next to pool area where we were lying.

The Breakfast

Hotel was very clean and large room.

Not value for money in fabruary. All inclusive was a bit none inclusive. No icecreams/lollies for the kids (wasnt mentioned in details) you only get certain basic drinks-no cocktails and only type of beer. They close all the various bars at certain times so sometimes you had no access to food or drinks. "snack bar" was the worst. Bread, ham, cheese, tomatoes and onion on a trolley to help yourself!! Ridiculous. Dont advertise as all sinfimf and dancing if your only this during the summer months. Completely ruined our holiday. Talking of singing and dancing entertainment was pretty none existent and the bits they did have were favoured to the French! They even have a specific set of tour operators based at the hotels for them. We had to find out information from Guests! Half the staff speak very minimal English so you cant communicate and the rest are very standoffish. Booked a cot for my 1 year old and they said they didnt realise we had a baby... Well consifering when i booked it asked the children's ages i wasnt putting my 9 or 15 year old in it was i!! Cleaners and resturant staff were lovely however. Canteen food was just that, canteen food. Different thing everday and lots of choice. Room was really big only thing ia on a night it was cold and it had only a thin aheet so we had ask for blankets as we were literally shivering. The pool ia absolutely freezing also. Far too cold for kids or adults. Kids spent their time in the playground or we drove to the beach. The hotel is onnrhe coastline.... But the actual beach is miles away. Sheer cliffs surround all the hotel's. It probably would have been better in the summer season bit it was still 19-25degrees the time we were there so was certainly warm enough to make more effort on their part. The hotel and 2 partner hotels next door were full too so no excuses can be made it was quiet.
