The location of the hotel, the friendly staff and how clean it was. The room was spotless the bed was so comfortable and the pillows were so comfortable also. The pool was spotless so all in all I was very impressed. Definitely will be coming back here again.

Nothing to complain about, except one day at pool came back later and my prescription glasses, my loose change and sunscreen had gone missing, asked at reception and at bar and told they hadn’t been handed in. That’s the only thing I wasn’t impressed with.

Great location, staff and food

I don't understand why a nice hotel like this, allows all males groups of 35 to book the hotel and completely spoil the stay for over guests...

On arrival, the staff were both friendly and knowledgeable. The room was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The view towards the sea was magnificent. The dining room was clean and tidy, and the choice at breakfast covered every choice imaginable. The poolside bar provided an excellent choice of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. The staff were again friendly and attentive without being intrusive. We will stay here again.

AC didn't get renewed when the hotel got renewed and doesn't work (and at the higher end of the market you expect AC) and the shower was a dribble at best. Lovely shower room but very disappointing shower!!!

We love this Hotel. We stayed last October for 5 nights and came back this year for a week. We asked for the same room as last year and we got it 😀. We asked if we could have our room later than midday on our last day and we got it 😀. Lovely staff very obliging. The location is great, right in the middle to be able to walk everywhere. Love the large balcony with an amazing sea view. Love the sound of the sea all the time, especially at night when your going to sleep. The Hotel has strict rules about saving sun lounges and it really works 😀. All the staff were so lovely, The reception staff, the bar staff the maid service staff , the waiters the cleaners, and the security people were nice to have around, it felt safe. We will definitely be back soon, this Hotel is fabulously. Thank you to everyone 😀.

. The breakfast room lets the Hotel down as it’s really noisy and a bit like a canteen, it would be nice to have had the choice to sit outside. Not a lot of space in the bathroom for your toiletries , lack of shelves etc. Need more space in shower unit for your stuff. Also need more wardrobe space in the room for your shoes and clothes etc, but on saying that, our room was a really good size. It would have been nice to have had a bit more variety in the entertainment area as the hotel only had Spanish evenings ie music and dancing for the older Spanish generation.
