Location
In desperate need of maintenance. From the lock falling apart on the entry door through to a leaking shower head. The curtains desperately need cleaning and with only one lift operational, there was always significant delays in access and egress to the room.

It has everything you could need within walking distance.
I asked for parking and never got a response and then found out it's first in best dressed when I got there. Then had to park down the road which is fine but they were lucky I could fit as I drive a ute and I only just fit.
My friends I was staying with her partner woke up violently ill and so i asked if they could just hold back the check out until we got a call back from telehealth and could get him to a point he was moveable and they said you have to pay. I'm sorry where is your moral compass? Someone is laying in your room throwing their stomach ling up shaking and having a rapid temperature change and have there 1 year old son with them they're wife is trying to juggle the situation and you are worried about money. Not to mention it was already asked for by them prior to arriving and approved for free and then when arriving where told it would come at a fee.

It was walking distance to beach and shops
The building is run down, the room needs a renovation. The walls looked like it had to withstand 20 years of schoolies. The bed was 2 singles pushed together and the utensils like plates bowls and cups were filthy.

The room was nicely presented.
A double or queen would have been much more comfortable than 2 single mattress on a queen base as a couple meeting in the middle of the bed was uncomfortable.

Nice, tidy little apartment. Comfy beds. Helpful staff.
The shower didn’t run at a consistent temperature, instead changing between scolding hot and freezing cold.

Spa bath in my room
The rude and controlling management staff. The dirty old furniture and bedding. They falsely advertise on booking.com as well. When I checked in I didn't get an ocean view room. I had to go to reception and request it. They also state that breakfast will be between 7am and 10am but they don't even have any breakfast!!!

Location. Great pool.
No tissues, paper towels etc. Hardly any utensils. No tea spoons and the two big spoons and two folks were dirty.
No body wash. Just a small bar of soap.
Had to pay $3 per towel needed after the initial two.

Good location from casino
Should have a sofa couch, not a roll out bed as when on the 1970 roll out it was leaning backwards. Dusty kitchen also. And just had a sheet to use on roll out bed no blankets.

location was great. easy walk to beach and casino. plenty of shops and restaurants near by. sauna spa and pool were great.
apartment was run down. torn curtains, ripped wallpaper and peeling paint on walls. washing machine full of water and broken. cockroaches running around kitchen cupboards, walls and in bathrooom. balcony garden full of weeds. hardly any utensils for a family room had 3 butter knives, 1 wine glass, 1 champagne glass. limited and in poor condition cooking pans. only small hot plate worked other hot plate not working. no blankets on beds however some older blankets on cupboard but not sure they are laundered after every visitor. staff seemed a little defensive but offered us another room which we declined as we only had a 2 night stay booked. Beds and pillows were comfy. linen was nice and clean.

Very rundown. Pool and water features dirty/not working. Only one lift operational. staff not terribly friendly or helpful. Room overwhelmingly smelt of bleach.

The smell of old cigarette smoke when you walk in. It is also in desperate need of a lounge.

location close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Easy to also find parking at anytime.
low quality room and furniture, old and smelly room and carpet (humidity inside), neighbour room would fight and scream during all nights (reception did nothing to inhibit), car park occupied by non-guests.

Cockroaches in the kitchen, staff couldn't care a less, only one glass, one spoon and fork in the kitchenette. No face washer supplied
