After skiing taking Après on the balcony staring at the Matterhorn was epic. We loved our stay!

View! That view from your bed straight into the Matterhorn! That was epic! Arrived late so next morning was "wow" when curtains were opened :-)

Working heaters in the bathroom was a huge bonus in this time of the year.
Staff was very hospitable. Lady on our arrival day has been waiting there for us until we came already after 9PM.

Clean and comfortable with friendly staff, great atmosphere, and a short walk to city center. Excellent breakfast and rooms with view of the Matterhorn.
Construction and remodeling at nearby hotels in preparation for the upcoming ski season (2023-24) can be a bit noisy during the day.

Family run hotel that surpassed all expectations. From the moment we entered, we were greeted with every kindness and consideration. Breakfasts were wonderful. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Everything at this hotel is amazing, starting with the warmest welcome by Lucilla. The room had the most amazing view of the Matterhorn from the balcony, the breakfast was excellent, not to mention the location and friendliness of the staff.

The breakfast buffet was absolutely great!
The room on the first floor was to the backyard, a bit old-fashioned and had no view (well, from other surrounding hotels people could see into the room directly). We were only able to choose a double-room room (no specifics) while booking, and it was not clear what type of room we would get. When we got there they apparently had other rooms available - that had a view to the Matterhorn - but we got the backyard one, so we felt that we would have liked to be given the choice (while booking or there), even if we only stayed one night.

Location, the room, breakfast and the staff were all great.
1. Soap for the shower was in little sachets. Hard to open and probably bad for the environment (plastic lined). Also only one each.
2. We choose the environmental option of not having the room cleaned, but this also meant for us that coffee/tea was not refilled.

It was my second time in this Hotel and I confirm all positive things of the previous time. So good that hopefully, there will be even a third time someday soon!
